I love it! I am happy with the purchase. Good value for the price on this paraffin wax warmer machine. Very good packing!The Waxkiss paraffin bath set came with 2 paraffin blocks which are was absolutely enough for the beginning. I couldn't put my elbow into the paraffin and was using the brush included in the set to apply, quite convenient. Also, plastic bags and gloves and thermal Mitts are included, that was very good for me as for the beginner. It was quite hot after the paraffin wax completely melted, you can turn it off to let it cool to proper temp.The Bluetooth speaker works good, listing to music and do hand spa at the same time brings me a happy hour, the shining lights look cute as well. The most important is you can see the difference after using this paraffin wax, the skin became nicer and softer.

I gave this as a gift, so this is from the recipient- Great unit and big enough for longer feet! First time use takes a little longer to warm up, but after that initial use, it’s faster. Works well, helps with very chapped, dry hands, feet and elbows from the cold winter months. I’m really enjoying this!

Great warmer! It was hard to make up myind due to all of the mixed reviews on the wax warmers. It took a little while to warm up maybe 2 hours. Yes you must turn the temperature down after it heats up and wait for it to cool down to put your hand in but if you follow that instruction you wont get burnt. I used 2 lbs of therabath wax instead of the wax that it came with. It was plenty! I bought this mainly for my husbands hands, he works so hard and has cracked dry hands. It left his hands so soft and fits his larger hands with ease.

Great product but it takes FOREVER to heat from cold, as in several hours. Can also get really hot so be careful to avoid overheating and scalding.

MY Review is long and detailed . Conclusion , there are much BETTER machines out there . I don’t want to black ball this manufacturer. I would recommend they pull it and reworked it .Shape and size is nice . Controls are ok . The wax took maybe 3-5 hours to melt (not acceptable)Manufacturer does NOT provide enough 1 fragrance wax to dip one hand ..so buy extra wax to dip one’s hands .Speaking of hands , I tried a few ways to open hand bags , perhaps they melted together ?? Perhaps manufacturer provided poorly thin bags so I could not open hand bags . Plastic hand bags , NOT acceptable . I ended up using ziplocks bags.Mittens look to be good quality - are ACCEPTABLENote to manufacturers: this product is said to help soothe sore hands and feet . We can’t soothe our hands If we have to struggle to open hand bags . I ask you to find another supplier or have your supplier make adjustments . Easy peasy 😊Foot plastic bags open “Easily” and easy to put foot in bag . Hence ACCEPTABLE . (manufacturer , maybe hire the foot bag supplier to supply the hand bags ) 😉Foot slippers could have gone on easier . If your feet are women adult size 7- maybe 9 they may work for you . They are NOT acceptable for my whopper 9.5-10 size . Ladies in larger sizes , you may have to get your scissors out and make a slit done the center of the heal. There is no way these slipper will fit.Guys , sorry as much soothing waxing feet for both genders is amazing , I have to believe the slippers will be a no go for you . GET WITH THE MANUFACTURER. I have to believe they want their customers satisfied so they too can make a profit .Again for me , I wear a size 9.5-10 and I found i needed to stretch the slipper (there isn’t much give ) . With that most of the wax in the heel area peeled off before slipper was on . NOT ACCEPTABLEA plus to the slipper, there is a little Velcro to tighten the ankle area once you get the slipper on .Included is a brush (ACCEPTABLE) and you will need it since even after putting in the original bag of wax , and a bought bag of wax (order extra wax) , hands still are not covered in wax .You can use the brush to “paint “ wax on your hands and wrists. Brush is ACCEPTABLE , yet manufacturer should include 2 bags of the same fragrance. They include one bag of each fragrance. NOT ACCEPTABLE I think the board of directors who approved this product should have tried It before marketing .Honestly, I would ask manufacturer to rework this product .If you haven’t used wax machines ,You may think “this is the way it is “, honestly I used them years ago and manufactures then provided “enough wax” to get you started , bags were much quality , machines heated in an acceptable time (not 3-5 hours ) .Thanks to Amazon , I can return the machine and will buy another . I do think this manufacturer should pay me for my non biased review , my time testing this machine ,My time /gas having to run it back to UPS and the unsatisfactory wax therapy.

The directions say it takes a couple of hours to melt. Wrong! After 4 hours, the paraffin still isn’t melted. Once it is finally dip able, the end product works fine.

The size of this is quite nice and included the necessary extras, like warming mittens and socks, plus the plastic for hands and feet.Struggled a bit with the cord plugging into the unit. Had to really give it some oomph to settle into it's spot, but once I did that, it stopped wiggling loose with the slightest movement.I would have preferred the waxes to be either unscented or 1 scent. You definitely need to use more than 1 package of wax and mixing the peach and the lavender was not something I wanted to do.

I was concerned about this purchase because of all the negative reviews about cracking, leaking, and not melting the wax. I'm happy to say the product arrived crack-free and there have not been any leaks after several uses.As far as the melting goes, I'll start by saying the product does a surprisingly good job of melting the wax in a short amount of time... if you use it properly. I feel that most of the complaints about the melting time are from misleading claims in the advertisement and people who didn't use the product correctly.The product comes with three heat settings labeled from A1 to A3, with A3 being the hottest. A1 setting lasts for 30 minutes, A2 for 60 minutes, and A3 for 90 minutes - after which the machine switches to a warming mode at 55f. According to the manual, A1 setting is supposed to be for 1lb of wax, A2 for 2lbs, and A3 for 3 lbs.The advertisement states that the melting time is 30 minutes, but this is straight up false advertising and is even contradicted by the instruction manual included with the product which states that the product should melt the wax in approximately 1-2 hours which is far more reasonable and far more believable.However, the lowest setting is not enough to melt the wax in any amount of time. While the manual indicates that A1 should melt a 1lb block of wax after 1-2 hours, the machine switches off after 30 minutes at A1 so that isn't possible. But even if you switch it back on the wax won't melt at A1, I tried for over an hour before switching to A3, at which point the wax began to melt as soon as the product heated up enough and it took just over 1 hour to completely melt.In the end, this is a very good product that offers great value - similar products with such large openings will set you back several hundred dollars so I feel for the price this is a great product. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the unnecessary mixed messaging and inaccuracies around melting.

The wax provided with this kit is lovely and moisturizing. I think it's very good value for money. I'm finding temperature control a bit challenging, but that has not changed my opinion on the value for money and it is great for home use. I have arthritis and have really appreciated the therapeutic value.

I use it for relief of arthritis and it does create a lovely warmth. Just takes too long to melt the wax.

Seller goes goes above and beyond to make clients happy and to give support with the wax machine. It is big enough for my feet.
