The stand is well-made, looks smart and is good value. Holds an iPhone/iPad mini firmly and with ease - no concerns about sturdiness. As a stand for your desk or bedside, great. It doesn't extend enough to hold video calls without looking down (the mobile camera when on the stand will be about the same height as your laptop webcam), but with that in mind, buy with confidence.

A sturdy stand, with a simple design, which will take a mobile phone or a small tablet easily. Easy to change the angle.However, the post unscrews itself very easily and it is difficult to tighten it sufficiently to stop this happening, which is very irritating.Overall, for the price, not bad value and serves the purpose.

The stand is different fro the item description. The photos show that the upstanding is placed towards one end of the base. The stand I have received is placed in the middle which makes it less stable because the weight of the phone is on one side only.The original idea is more sturdy but the received item is different from the described specs.
