How do they disappear?
I'm not sure where these little parts go and hide when you aren't looking so it is best to keep a bunch on hand.These are of decent enough quality and a great all around value.I prefer a larger top washer but that's my only gripe.Good buy.

Barely fits over the plastic
For the price it's alright. The felt barely fits over the plastic and makes it hard to use, the felt (other than the hihat bottom felt) is a little to thick
