Excellent product, Excellent packaging - oh wow
Excellent product, Excellent packaging - oh wow! Excellent customer service. Makes a nice expresso. The brother I haven't used yet, but it is going to make it easy to make cappuccino when I am done dieting. Wow! So impressed! If you buy the coffee from Nespresso, not amazon, you will get calls and emails a lot. They have a special for newbies, but it is very expensive. I'd rather buy less at a time and not get a free mug. I hope they are not out of amaretto, because it is seasonal and I want to try it. Got chocolate, caramel and vanilla. They vaguely taste of it, and are not bold like I like my expresso. Trust me, if you buy from them get what they recommend. Highly love love love it recommended.

Not what I had hoped for
I liked this maker. It made pretty good tasting lattes, but they were so weak, it was almost like having decaf. I tried all the different lungo pods, but still no energy boost. The machine performance was great as was the ease of making them, but I wanted more of a coffee house experience at home and nespresso just simply did not deliver.

amazing espresso! Info about frother below
Update: if you leave the frother on the black holder while it's plugged in it will die quickly. You need to unplug the black holder when it's not in use. I will say, this product is beautiful. My main issues with ordering online is sometimes things look smaller/bigger than you think, but this product looks just like the picture. They really went all out on the packaging, making sure it didn't get damaged. It came in this huge box, you open it to find another box, you open that one to find the actual product box surrounded with paper as cushion. Then, of course, in the product box is the actual product and when you open it you’ll see the espresso machine protected by styrofoam. Inside the product box you get 18 samplers, instructions/manual, milk frother (if you got it), drink recipes, and how to sign up for their shipment pods.I followed the instructions on how to set it up, very smooth set up. Very easy! I saw one reviewer complain that you have to hold the button to extract a shot each time you want espresso and that is not true at all. You can set each button for a brewing time (if you like over extracted shots, or shorter shots, whatever floats your boat) and the unit will remember that for next time so you don't have to hold the button. Now the espresso, WOW! I'm a barista at my families restaurant and this espresso taste so much better. I can’t wait to try the other samplers to see what they all have to offer in terms of flavor. We freshly roast everything in house, and the nespresso taste a lot better (the sampler I tried at least) so that's something. I'll list the pros and cons of the milk frother separately because that's really a separate product that you can buy with or without it.PROS of espresso machineEasy instructionsFastEspresso taste good, not burnt or bitterAbility to over/under extract shots to your likingconvenientbig water tank so you don't have to keep refilling itauto shut off when inactiveCONSvibrates when in use, moves aroundNot too loud, but not quiet eitherThe thing that sticks out to attach the drip tray gets in the way of cupsThe pros pretty much speaks for themselves, the espresso tasting good is really what has me sold. It's fast and just overall a very good product. Buy yourself some syrup flavors from Monin (they are the best tasting IMO http://www.moninstore.com/flavored/syrup but for a cheaper alternative you could also use Teroni http://shop.torani.com/) and make yourself a heavenly flavored latte/mocha. This is what they use at coffee shops, starbucks will either use their brand, or Teroni although Monin is way better in flavoring and options. However, I noticed no one mentioned the vibrations. So to anyone considering buying this product, it does vibrate and move around a bit. It's not a huge deal, I just put a rag under mine and it helped with the noise as well with moving around and problem solved. Now, the thing that connects with the drip tray on the other hand is just an annoyance. If you use a taller glass for a double shot, you should see if you can find a cup that gets wider around the mouth area and there probably won’t be an issue (I used a regular tall glass and had to tip it so it wouldn't miss the cup.) It is not a quiet unit, it's not terribly loud, but no where near quiet. If you're looking for something that is as quiet as a mouse, not for you.MILK FROTHERHere's the deal, if you like that burnt taste of milk THIS FROTHER IS NOT FOR YOU! I'm not really into scorching hot milk, so this frother works well for me. I personally like the temp of the milk that comes out of this, maybe could be a little hotter, but all in all I would not return it I like it. Milk is "suppose" to be steamed till 130 (120 for alt milks like almond, coconut, and soy), also take into account that the temp will still slightly raise after steaming. I have not taken a thermometer to this frother although I would actually be interested in knowing the exact temp. I did use it for almond milk, and in my experience you will always steam it and it will have a slightly burnt taste to it, unless you just slightly steam it which doesn't make it very hot. Since I used it with almond milk, and had not even the slightest hint of a burnt taste I'm assuming it steams it to 100 or 120. Anything above 140 is going to burn regular milk (130 for alt), and it gets a burnt taste to it. Which some people like, and if you are one of those people don't buy the bundle that includes this you'll be disappointed. That's the main complaint I've heard on reviews.Besides the temp of the milk, i really love this frother. And if you're someone who loves milk foam you will absolutely looove this. The milk foam that comes out of this is truly amazing. It reminds me of whip cream. The design is pretty cool too; the actual frothing pitcher comes with two attachments that you attach to the bottom and they spin. They're magnets and you only use one at a time. One is for frothing the milk for cappuccinos, the other one steams it for lattes. The top of the frother has a magnet in the center where you can place the unused attachment. I imagine baristas who bought this are ripping out their hair when they read "use it to make an iced cappuccinos." But the unit actually has a setting to froth milk without steaming it (if i read that correctly). I have not gotten around to try it out, but I will update when I do because I am interested to see how that works. When you use the frother, it is very quiet and fast! Faster than the espresso machine. I would give this 4 stars, if the milk got just a tiny bit hotter then it would easily be 5 stars. I used almond milk, and that isn't known to create a lot of microbubbles but it did an amazing job! I almost want to take it to my cafe and hide it in the back and use it when someone orders a dry almond milk cap (yes, that's how good it is), I really want to try this on coconut milk and if it actually does froth it I'll be blown away. I didn't try this on regular milk but I imagine, it works based on reviews. Keep in mind Non-fat milk will give you better foam. The frother is not dishwasher safe, but I don't mind rinsing it with soapy water afterwards.IMPORTANTThe frother has max lines matching up with the attachments, it is very important that you fill to these lines (never over or you risk it overflowing). When researching I found out this info, you need to fill the milk to the max lines otherwise it will not steam it properly. The only other thing I’ll add about the milk frother is, I wish it was just be a bit bigger. You can’t steam too much milk in it. Other than that, you’re either going to love this frother or hate, it just depends on how you personally like your milk. Do you like that scorching, hot, burnt taste? Don’t buy this bundle, you’ll probably be more happier if you buy a separate frother where you have more control over the temp. But if temp isn’t a huge deal for you and you don’t like the taste of burnt milk, then I would most definitely recommend.

Awesome
I LOVE this machine. Amazing hot espressos, with natural crema, at the touch of a button. The only downside is that I'm drinking a lot more coffee than I was with the grind & tamp machine I had before. Capsules are still a bit steep, though, so I tried using one twice. It's a bit less intense, but still good. I wouldn't recommend using it a third time, unless you're looking for a tiny cup of weak brewed coffee. Oh, and best of all (for me), if you want to make a tall iced drink, you can easily remove the drip tray and put your glass right under the spout to pour directly into it. My glasses are 7.25" tall and they pretty much max it out.The Aerofrother thing is amazing, all by itself. It heats and froths anythin lightning fast. I've frothed skim milk, almond milk, and heavy cream. They all come out perfect. It'll even froth COLD milk. Not sure who does that, but this thing will do it. The little whisk thing and the little stirring thing are magnetic! No swirling blades to clean around. Whichever stirring thing you're not using stores in the lid magnetically. They thought of everything!I bought mine here from the warehouse deals section. It was opened and returned, but I would've never known it. Everything was in perfect condition. Even the film on the two trays was still intact.

Lukewarm espresso and milk. I'm so disappointed.
Very nice looking machine, puts out espresso and milk quickly. Unfortunately both the coffee Anna the milk come out lukewarm. At first I thought it was due to the milk machine based on other reviews but I stuck my finger on the espresso this morning and it was barely warm. I'm bummed as I had high hopes for this machine. I guess it's back to my trusty Tassimo for awhile. I wish I hadn't ordered 50 poss from Nespresso. :(

Absolutely Amazing
I must say I was skeptical about this homemade espresso technology. It only took one cup of nespresso coffee from a friend who showed me this new way of brewing and I went straight to Amazon and chose this bundle. I have tried a lot of coffee machines, even those with the beans grinding machine and the steam option for the milk and let me say that if you don't have both money and room enough to have a pro bar machine and you really love a fantastic cup of coffee with lots of aroma and crema with oustanding simplicity, this machine and the aeroccino is what you should have. Believe me, I'm pretty picky, I've purchased and discarded several espresso and cappuccino machines and this one has convinced me. Very easy to use, so quickly, with a sturdy construction, parts made in high impact polycarbonate and stainless steel, without many cleaning requirements, resulting in a delicious cup of coffee to enjoy at home, just as if you were at a Juan Valdez coffee shop. You can't go wrong with this Nespresso machine.
