Works great for trigger points and the colors are super cute. I got a similar ball from my massage therapist and needed an extra in my office - these are the same firmness she recommended comparison wise.

I got these for deep tissue massage and wanted something “pretty” instead of the yellow or other colors. These work fantastic and are so cute! There’s a little smell but it’s not bad at all.

I've been using these to massage my back and shoulders because they're super tense, and they're definitely helping!

These are not as “hard” as I was hoping. They squish salmon as much much as the tennis balls I was using. My PT recommended lacrosse balls and showed me the ones they use in her practice. They were much more solid and has no give. These will work but are really the step in resistance I was hoping for.
