the plug that fits into Rachio unit is NOT correct
The plug on the end of this product is not the correct one for a Rachio controller. They have obscured the plug in their photo so you cannot tell.

The old bait and switch
What was pictured when I ordered and what I got were two different things... this is not the replacement power supply for the Rancho sprinkler control head. when I ordered it had the correct power supply pictured, then when I got it! The old bate and switch.. I need to build a shelf for the coil.. right now it’s just sitting on the controller.. and the plug is to long... I wish I would have know before ordering that it’s not a direct replacement like I was lead to believe.. because something will work doesn’t mean it should be billed a direct replacement when it’s not... these controls are wall mounted the coil doesn’t even have holes to mount to the wall...they should put a disclaimer - :” the part in this box may not look like your original part! However with minor cutting bending And building a shelf it will fit.” Yeah it will work but it’s not what I originally ordered or wanted....

Not a "wall wart" style plug as shown in the picture!!!
My Rachio cord was buzzing so I ordered this one. The picture is incorrect as it is not the wall wart style of plug, but a plug with the converter in the center (power plug > transformer > power end). It works but is not an ideal replacement in my setup as I really needed a wall wart.
