We recently got the Columbia Boys' Glennaker Rain Jacket for my son and it's fantastic! It fits him perfectly and strikes the perfect balance between being waterproof, lightweight, and durable. This jacket keeps him dry without being bulky, which is exactly what we needed. Plus, the price was great, making it an excellent value for the quality. Definitely a smart buy for keeping kids comfortable in rainy weather!

This is a great rain jacket for light rain days. Don’t expect to use this while your kid is in a heavy downpour outside for longer than 5 minutes. I also went into it knowing this is for quick trips to stores (in and out of the car) or bus trips to school where they likely won’t have outside recess due to rain. I own a similar adult sized cost for the same purpose. I’ve worked outside for years and have a heavier rain coat for that. This is perfect for light rain to go in and out of places. Amazon asked how I liked it for warmth. Well, I don’t. But I know that! It’s for layering on cold days. It’s not a base layer on a cold day. Toss on a sweater or hoodie underneath and you’re good to go. It’s not insulated but isn’t meant to be. Ball it up and shove it in a bag in case it rains later.I’ve been buying this style for years for myself and the kids. But knowing it’s for light rain and needs layering on chilly, rainy days and you won’t be disappointed. It’s a great jacket at an awesome price! They don’t break down easily either, so they’ll last 5-10 years.

This jacket is perfect. Light weight. Folds super small to make it easy to carry with. Easy zip for the kids. Came in multiple sizes and colors so all my boys got the colors they like.Runs a little big I’d say. But nice since it’s a kid item and they grow every time you actually buy them clothes.

This is a really nice jacket, but it’s very thin. No warmth or lining. Best for warmer climate, I guess.

I ordered this in the Small, then the XS, then the XXS and all were too big. Really like the coat and wanted it to work, but it runs very large for little kids.My son is 4. He wears a size 4/5 in boys. He's 44" tall and very slim. The problem is the arm length and it doesn't have any adjustment at the wrist, so there's really no way to combat it hanging down. Had to return.

I order it for my 14 year old son who will be joining a running camp this summer. Because the camp was held in the location it may rain and chilly in early morning and evening, I thought this jacket would be perfect. It is very well made light weight rain jacket. If it to be worn in cold weather, you definitely need something underneath to keep you warm as it is very thin. My son is about 5'3"and growing fast, so I decided to size up to L though M would be perfect for him for the next 2 month or so.

My son loves this rain coat, it's light and breezy but keeps him dry and the hood stays up! The zipper does get stuck on the jacket sometimes when he zips it up but he loves it and wears it as often as he can :) I ordered him a size larger so it wasn't snug and so he could get another year out of it and I don't regret that! Although I do think it is true to its size!
