Wonderful toy!
My son is 4 years old and on the autism spectrum. He recently successfully potty trained and saw a similar toy grill on one of his favorite YouTube shows. He begged for one for awhile and I made a deal with him that if he went an entire month with no accidents that I would buy him a toy grill 😉. He was very motivated by the deal we came up with and last week I purchased this little toy grill for him. He absolutely loves this toy. He has literally spent hours playing with it so far. Some of the best features are the realistic "smoke" (steam), the sounds and how compact the toy is. Everything can fit inside the grill to store easily when he is not playing with it. The steam valve is easy to fill with water using the pretend mustard bottle provided. The batteries that I put in the toy are still working, even with him constantly using it. I paid 19.99 for this adorable little toy and this is probably the best 20.00 bucks I have spent. I'm a prime member so I got the grill within two days of placing my order. I am very happy with my purchase and so is my son ☺️.

Great toy for ages 2- 11
This little grill is the best toy I could have ever bought for my grandchild (2 yrs). He absolutely loves the fake charcoal fire(lights up) and smoke. Yes, smoke... add a bit of water in the reservoir which causes steam to rise up through the little grates. It also has a sizzling sound as though your really grilling. This thing is so cute. He loves cooking the hot dogs, chicken, corn and marshmallows. I also purchased a little camping kit with a lantern that really lights up to go with it. I have a small pop up tent put up in the backyard, he plays with these toys in it for hours. I would highly recommend this toy for any child between the ages of 2-10. My 7 yr old grandson loves it too!

Good affordable option, but missing a piece of the charcoal.
Arrived on time and the outer box was all in tacked. However when I opened the amazon box I noticed that the toy had come out of the bubble wrap and the cardboard sleeve was torn.Says it is supposed to come with 19 pieces, ours came with only 18 as it only had two pieces of the fake charcoal and not three and it list on the products sleeve.I ordered this for my nephew for his 6th birthday and he was very excited and eager to play with it. Ran into a bit of frustration trying to figure out where the reservoir for the water was so it could make the real steam. Oh and small blip of instructions are incorrect about the number of batteries required for operation. Says four but it only takes three AA's.

Cute BBQ Toy
The sound turned on right away but it didn't make smoke. You need to fill it and wait a good 5 to 10 minutes before it starts smoking (as was the case with my grill) Play food is tiny, some unidentifiable, and sits in the grates. My 5 year old was giddy with the smoke and sound once everything was working properly. Overall a cute toy.

Great "investment"!
Amazing toy! The kids love it! I thought it would be one of these little sets that break easily and get thrown aside after a day or two. But I was happily surprised!I have it for a while now and the kids pretend play with it for hours on end. The sound and light up features are adorable that even I had to examine the entire set the day it arrived. When I spend money on toys I try to think of it as an investment for some fun, education and quiet time for mommy. This fits the bill!

Grill sounds yes, Smoke no.
This item is cute for the price but mine was defective. The grill sounds worked but after filling with water, we saw no smoke. Also only one of the on buttons turned the grill light on. The on push switch on the right did nothing so only saw one side of “fire” with the light. The play food pieces were also very small and not realistic, even for a 1 year old. The plates are tiny and the hot dogs are the size of fat mini golf pencils. Returning.

Great toy
We purchased for our 5 year old grandson’s birthday and he loves this grill. Because it steams and sizzles, adults are impressed with it too. While the sound started right away, it did take about 3 fillings before our grandson was pleasantly surprised that it just randomly started steaming.. He also broke both side trays pretty quickly trying to take them off, but he doesn’t mind because now they are portable!!

Not a barbee..... not at all.
What's grillin? The plastic grill is impreissive out of the box. But that is where it ends. The grates don't make sense to the kids. The plastic food is small and odd. The flippers are lame. The kids lost interest immediately. The sound effects weren't enough to get them back. Remove the griddle grates, add some charcoal (there is one piece) and put the kind of grates they see their dads use and the plastic food could be forgiven. Two stars for lack of play value.
