Essential if you have a matching collet extender
Not sure why these are included when you buy the collect that they fit, because you can't use one without the other.Works well, my only gripe is that prongs are quite deep and if you don't pay attention, its easy to tighten the bit into the collet and have the tool stuck in with it!The padded handles are long enough to get a decent torque on the bit.
