Pizza dough game changer!!!
I make pizza every couple of weeks for the family. Lately they have been unmemorable until I got this! I can't get over how good it is and tastes! I use this and some bread flour to make the perfect crust. I put it in the fridge overnight in a greased bowl. Take it out several hours before I will make my pizza to warm up a bit and raise a bit. If it's too cold it won't stay stretched out in your pan. It will shrink back. Anyway...I am hooked. And to get 2 bags for the price is great! Can't get this quality at my grocery store. I will but this from now on! Awesome product!!!

Brown little critters in the Semola Bag
I purchased both the double 00 semola flour (Caputo Brand, highly rated for the pasta making) recently.I have just posted a separate post about the double 00 flour that came with some worms in the bag of the flour (white, very small, about 1/4 of an inch or smaller in length and it was moving) and this Semola bag shocked me when I opened it that it had brown bugs crawling. There were two on the top when I opened. I don't know how many are in the whole bag so I am going to have to throw the whole things away but I don't know, if this is common in Italian flour?I have them in zip lock bugs on my counter, now that I know both bags appear to have live things crawling.I am throwing them away but the company does not offer any returns or refunds. I do have a video of the brown things crawling in the Semola Bag but I would withhold the video unless the seller wants to see it. I was SOOOO excited about getting serious with the pasta making and I enjoyed it wit just the King Arthur brand all purpose flour last week. If trying to get Italian flour that is not dressed with little bugs is difficult, I may just not try that again. I would love to hear from others who purchased this brand of flour. I am hoping that this is not a common thing. But It is odd that my purchase (Semola and double 00 both ended up with live creatures).
