You don't - it is a freestanding continuous light. You put it on a stand, plug it into the wall, aim the light as you wish and press the shutter on whatever camera you have. Search on the youtube for videos on how to how to use continuous lighting.

Q: Can these lights be dimmed using a third party dimmer?

No. They are powered by a power adapter. They are not like a household LED bulb that you can dim with a simple AC dimmer switch. Nor are they DMX remote controllable.

Q: how do you change the bulb? Where do you buy them?

It’s a COB led. No bulbs to change.
