Works great and great quality!
Seems to be true to size! I ordered a medium and I wear a medium in shirts. I had an arm lift and this definitely keeps everything nice and snug and allows your healing skin to stay flat and smooth around the stitches. The ONLY downside is if your arm lift incisions go down your armpit, the seams of this compression garment WILL press against your incisions and highly irritate them. I suggest wearing a self adhesive bandage on your armpit incision before putting this on. Both straps across your body are very beneficial as this really does compress, so the fabric naturally wants to restrict back to its original shape if you don’t wear the straps.

Comfortable!
Very comfortable and exactly what I needed! I just wish I could find the same one with sleeves that end at the elbows

Nice long sleeve arm shaper.
So, I’m a gastric bypass patient and I have a lot of loose skin on my arms. The rest of me is fairly small. I wear size medium usually, and my arms drive me crazy.Anyway, I like this product. I ordered according to measurements, which meant I got a large, and it fit like it should. It’s got a lot of hooks so it helps smooth the line your bra makes and won’t make extra lumps across the back. The hooks across the front middle of the chest seem sorta extra to me, but i can see how someone trying to give support to their breasts might appreciate them being there. As for me, I took that part off and put it aside in a drawer. It’s fully detachable, by the way. I wasn’t actually sure of that when I ordered, so I was glad to find out I could take that part out.The compression is good. I’d call it a medium level compression. Definitely enough compression to make a noticeable difference, but not so much that it hurts. The fabric is the exact same as the body shapers for sale at Walmart or Target. It’s thick, silky, not at all see-through, and would be very hard to put runs in. The sleeves resemble normal shirt sleeves so it won’t be super obvious you’re wearing a shaper if you use this to layer. If I had one complaint, it would be that the sleeves, despite being “full length”, were still not quite long enough for me. Maybe 7/8’s length would be a better description. (See my third picture for a visual of this.) I’m just under 5’10” and I’m used to shirts having slightly too short sleeves for my personal preference, however the sleeves on this shaper were slightly shorter than even the sleeves on a normal shirt, and I suspect they might even be too short for an average-sized person.Anyway, if 7/8’s length sleeves won’t bother you, I highly recommend this shaper. It fits great, offers good support, and seems to be high quality.

Better than I hoped it would be!!!
I just received the Upper Arm Shaper Compression Sleeves from your company and they are AMAZING! The 3x just took my 19in flabby upper arms and brought them down to about 15in. I lost a lot of weight and wanted something to compress them as I am beginning to work out. I cannot believe the difference! Even though it's so compressive on the arms, it fits well and comfortable around my braline and across my chest. I wear a 40G and the strap really did work to help fix my posture. Thank you so much! You just made another lifelong customer.5 stars A++++++++

Cut out for breasts is small and comes too far forward
For me, the cut out for breasts is too small and comes too far forward, cutting into the sides of breast very tightly. I'm 5'4" 130 lbs. and natural 34D. The arm compression is great, arm length for me was to my wrist, and garment is comfortable, except for the way the cut out for breasts hits on the side of them. The cut out for breasts might fit fine if you have breast implants.

Multi-use Support Bra
This product is made well and is definitely worth the buy. I bought this for post-surgery compression. I had a breast reduction with lipo to the arms and upper back/bra-line areas. Since this garment fits like a long sleeve crop top shirt, it covers the bra line and arm areas that need compression post-surgery. In addition, the top chest and ribcage straps help to support the breast area as well, while providing the ultimate support throughout the whole region. I ordered a medium based on the size chart (I measure 33" when measuring under the breast/bra line) and it fit perfectly. I think that once my swelling goes down or after my 6-week recovery period, I will order a small to further help my progress.

Missing posture correcting strap on bothered pairs I ordered.
I was so disappointed that both pair I ordered were missing the posture correcting strap. I didn’t realize there was missing items in these orders, until I was at my plastic surgeons office and I was ready to go into my compression garment. What a let down. The fabric seems to be good quality and the sizing is true to size based on measurements. I like that the sleeves are full length. They give good compression in the upper arm, but loose more towards the wrist.
