I wanted to try Nutrisystem but didn’t want to lock into an obligated plan. I received a box full of breakfast lunch and snacks. The food is very decent and the portions were small. They were surprisingly filling. I’m a male that was 295lbs and 5”11. I lost 12lbs in 2 weeks. Very impressed. I ordered another 14 days worth. Energy level has increased and I began a 45 minute exercise regimen five days a week. Goal weight is 225 pounds by the end of June. I’ve been following the nutrition book and also found the NuMi app to be extremely useful and addicting. I log everything that I eat, and I scan anything with a label. I have gone from around 3500-4000 calories a day to 1000-1500calories a day. I don’t feel hungry and my energy has doubled. Highly recommend!

I love those dinners. They help me learn portion control.

Disappointed, bought this to give me a boost with my diet. Didn't realize it didn't come with a dinner. It did give me recipes for dinner. I've tried this food before with good results.

Couldn’t get past the taste. It’s weird

Not only was I shorted 3 items, their Spicy Kung Pao noodles taste like chemicals & although noodles were thin, they were very tough. I would never recommend buying from this person. Sorry, but it is what it is

Got everything today and nothing was expired. I was worried from reading the reviews, but luckily everything came sealed and unexpired. :) so far had a lemon cookie for a snack and it was delicious. It came with 12 lunches only but I got 16 breakfasts so that makes up for it.

There were no dinners in there but i was happy with the rest
