Frolov Breathing Device - The Third Breath IRT-01 (New Model)

Although the device feels being made of cheap plastic, it's worth its price for the health benefits it provides over time. It was hard for me to stomach the $50 for this uncomplicated product, but the work it creates for your lungs is worth every dollar.It's easy to use and you build tolerance over time. The first couple of times I struggled breathing through the device, it was awkward and scary and I got a bad headache. I knew it was normal and persisted. It took me probably a week to get used to not overthink my breathing and relax into the method. It takes time, but that's expected.I am at 20min daily practice now, usually before going to bed. The breathing creates energy in my body, which was becoming obvious as I was increasing the timing of the practice. It also uplifts my moods. I've gotten used to the method, since I notice my stomach moving much more when I breath normally and not practicing. I expect I need more practice to fully remind my body of this forgotten method of breathing and completely stop using the top my lungs though.Initial research led me to specifically this company, Lotos, which claims to be the exclusive manufacturer or distributor of the original Frolov device. I thought other devices might be credible and helpful, but when the matter is my health I go with what is proven or feels more authentic.The blue part (small disc with holes) was missing from my Frolov set. The DVD instructional aid is all in Russian as is most of the written materials. For $50, this thing is a rip-off.

I like this one a little better than the breath slim. Less water squirting all over but beware that you must pay even more to get good instructions about how to use this. Instructions included are all in Russian and DVD would not play on my Apple computer, windows computer, or Sony DVD player.

I own the Frolov breathing device made by Danomika and i used it. I now use the Frolov breathing device made by Lotos which from what i read was designed and used by Dr. Frolov himself.The Lotos device in my humble opinion is far superior in design to other "so called" Frolov devices. The differences are subtle so you might only understand the differences if you used both. This device comes with very detailed instruction. I am impressed and the seller will answer your questions should you have any!The smaller mouth piece is from Lotos which is very comfortable compared to the larger mouth piece from Danomika.

This device is great. For those who don't know about CO2 check out ray peat: he's on youtube as will as his site, just search his name. Felt very relaxed using this device but unfortunately it exacerbated my tmj, which has always been a very severe problem for me. Otherwise this device is worth every cent, provided you dont have tmj.

Package came open. Now, it’s hard to believe that it was a new product.

I Love this device. Really improves breathing when used regularly. Now, I just have to make sure I find time to practice. LOL
