4.5 Stars Love It, and Here's Why (Pros, Cons, and Tips):
I've had this cart for 3 weeks and will update this if anything changes. I love this cart and was super happy to find that it works just as advertised. It arrived neatly packed and clean. It comes with everything you need to put it together, including a bungee cord that's handy for keeping it closed up. It was easy to remove from the box and I assembled it with ease. It's easy to open and close. It was simple to tighten the wheels on and insert the bag into the basket. It's seems surprisingly durable for being so lightweight. It was fairly easy to maneuver around tight and sharp corners. I live on a steep hill covered in grass that can get very soft, slippery, and muddy in spots after storms and this rolled though without any problem or much resistance. I love that the tri-wheel allows me to easily tip the cart back and pull it behind me. It goes up stairs with ease and much less jostling than others. The brakes work well and are firm but not too hard to flip. It won't tip over with groceries in it. The handle is comfortable. The bag stays put with the velcro fasteners, and is water and mud proof. Mud and debris don't seem to stick to the wheel or basket. It's seems pretty durable. It's easy to lift the bag of groceries out. The pockets that hang out are deep and super convenient to put personal things in so I don't have to bring my purse ,etc. with me. I can reach into the deep pockets to easily grab what I need and don't have to worry about ripping my gloves or rummaging through my purse. Saves time and $ not having to disinfect a bunch of stuff when I get back. It's capacity is larger than It looks. I fit a surprising amount of groceries in here including over 20 can and and 10 jars along with the other groceries in one trip. I used It as a dolly to move 20 bricks partway up the hill and It worked perfectly and was still easy to handle. -I did put a piece of wood under the bricks to keep the weight from directly resting on the wire joints and scuffs.Cons/Improvements:I wish the handle tilted back little bit from the cart about 4" to make it a little easier to push in front of me. -I have big feet and I take slightly smaller steps when pushing it to avoid kicking it. It would go from 4.5 stars to a full 5 stars from me.It would be nice to have a latch instead of the bungee cord to keep it closed, but it's hardly a problem since I have the bungee.Btw, I heard the company is working on those upgrades and will be releasing the new model later this year. Here's some tips:The rounded end of the tri-wheel nut faces out (exposed). The wheels can be hand tightened but is easier to use the included wrench. Don't over tighten. You can adjust the tension in the tri-wheel. I suggest tightening the bolt (make sure it can still be hand loosened) a nd then loosening it little by little until the wheel moves easily.A purchase well made and totally worth it. I'm very happy. Let me know if I left anything out and I will try to answer your questions.

Sturdy. Easy to assemble. Takes pressure off my back.
I was looking for a way to haul my groceries up my front stairs with ease. I got tired of trying to pick up the grocery bags and reaching out to place in the front porch. I got tired of going up and down the stairs multiple times and tired of the weight on my back. I purchased the jumbo cart. It easily hold 4 fully packed bags of groceries. The wheels make it perfect to take up the stairs. I now do not have any back strain or arm strain and it takes me seconds to load the cart and pull it up the stairs. Easier and faster. The cart is already assembled. All one does is attach the wheels and the company provides the tools to easily screw the wheels on. The liner has velcro tabs to easily easily secure to the cart. It’s easy to pick up, easy to fold, easy to wheel. I loved using it so much I bought another one 2 weeks later. I might get a few more. Great for yard work, groceries, hauling heavy items from point a to point b. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase this years ago. Once I began using this cart, and saw and felt the ease in which to do the chores, I realized I had been putting stress on my body without this cart. It really is a physical stress reducer on a body. It eases your back, eases your hips, eases your arms, shoulders, and neck. It’s an incredible wonderful difference! Thank you to the company for making this! My body appreciates it! 5 stars out of 5 stars

Big help with shopping, taking out recycling, and more
I bought this to help me move large amounts of groceries from the car, also great to take out a lot of recycling, trash, Goodwill drop offs. It has a lot of uses. Overall good construction, bars are strong and stable. My main complaint is the back wheels don't swivel, so it can be hard to maneuver. You swivel it on the front wheels, but rolling it through doorways, elevators, down a small sidewalk it doesn't adjust to varying outdoor/indoor surfaces, so many times I find myself dragging the back wheels which will probably negatively affect their durability. I think it's a fairly standard construction, so, this is likely the best of what's available. Also, there's no latch to hold it closed when folded. In addition, when you push it forward from the back, it tries to fold and there's no way I can tell to lock it in place. And it comes with minimal instructions so there are clips and other things I have no idea how to use. There's also no wheel brake which would be nice. It does have a slim bungee cord that comes in handy. Overall useful, but design could be better. Also wish it were a little wider. But the size does allow it to fit neatly into the truck of a Mitsubishi Mirage, or Honda Fit, something of that size. Also stores pretty neatly in a tight space despite the wheel size.

Great for the week and a half it lasted.
Gonna keep this short since I'm still fuming and don't want to accidentally vent online. Bought the large one and it worked wonderfully for ~9 days until it broke unceremoniously. I was walking home with some groceries (didn't fill the cart, just a few items) and an average sized woman who was walking nearby slightly collided with the cart and the topmost rod area where the connecting pin was snapped like a twig. One would've thought she was super big and fell onto the cart or something with how quickly it snapped but nope, the impact didn't even knock the cart too much. I bought this because it said it was durable and I loved the front and back wheels so I was expecting at least a year or so usage but less than 2 weeks!? Now I'm out ~96 bucks and a broken cart to show for it. Either I got unlucky with a faulty cart or the build quality is that bad so I suggest looking elsewhere.
