Lancashire Textiles Orthopaedic Batwing Shaped Neck & Back Support Pillow for Help with Cushioning and Sitting Complete with White Removable Pillowcase

Ordered this for my ninety-four-year-old dad who was suffering from neck pain due to arthritis. He says it is supper comfortable on his chair and has helped with his neck pain. Due to medical problems my dad must stay propped up in bed and can't lie flat, he normally uses extra standard pillows but having found this pillow comfortable on the chair/settee in the living room, he decided to have another one to keep on the bed. He says it gives him the support he needs and is very comfortable to sleep with. Only negative is the tiny zip opening for the cover, this makes it extremely difficult to get the cover over the pillow and unless you really take your time then the zip can easily be broken on the cover, which is very thin, and flimsy given the price. Ideally the cover should either be a thicker cotton and with a longer zip opening. Pillow is well made but the removable cover quality does let it down a little given the price. However, based on my dad's comments he says he would recommend. Afterall, he doesn't have to fit and/or remove and refit the cover.

Very comfortable. Fairly soft but provides good support overall. Only 1 cover provided but they do wash and dry quickly. Easy to put cover on and take off. I think many people would benefit from this pillow.

This pillow is soft, but keeps it shape in bed. It has an extra tail to it, which helps to stop it slipping down. It useful in bed, and also on a chair. The pillow case fits well too.

Ordered this thinking it was a pillow but it's only a case .... expensive for what it is. They don't sell a pillow on its own so I've ordered elsewhere and hope it fits otherwise it'll get returned****Update****It does fit the pillow I ordered albeit the zip opening is very small getting a pillow in ... Works fine but it's still an awful lot of money for a flimsy pillow case .. downgraded to 4 stars for quality and difficulty in getting pillow in

I ordered this as I’m currently recovering after being in hospital. I found I could never get my pillows to comfortably support me whilst reading in bed, or on my I-pad. I’ve found this brilliant, really comfy, with support right round the back, neck and shoulders, as well as the small of my back.Having a cover that goes on easily is great too, definitely recommend this product 🌟
