Absolutely perfect...so far
I received this chair three days ago and didn't get a chance to put it together until the day after I got it - so I only have about two days of use out of it so far.Because I haven't really got to spend a lot of time in it/with it I won't be very detailed, but I'll provide as much as I can.Assembly:This chair was so easy to assemble that I didn't even need to look at the instructions! I did though, of course, go over the instructions (which are also very easy to read and understand) just in case I missed something. What I really liked is that all the screws weren't placed in a bag or some sort of package - they were screwed into the holes of the chair. All of the threaded holes on the chair that the screws went into were perfectly threaded - absolutely no snags or anything. The entire assembly took me maybe 20 minutes - seriously it's stupid how easy this was!First impressions:Incredibly comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. I am not entirely sure what the material is that covers the chair, but sitting in it shirtless - no stick! (well ok some stick, but hardly any)The arm rests are as close to entirely adjustable as you can get. Move them up and down to a desired height, turn them out, center, or in, and you can even slide them back and forth to the desired position if you need them to go out further. The head pillow is perfect - minus one thing. I feel the stretch band that is attached to it to go around the top of the chair, should be very slightly longer - I felt like I was going to rip it when I was putting it on.The lower back support pillow: I am not a big fan of. So far I have decided to keep it off. It is great though - other chairs that came with these - when you "position" them they usually just end up at the bottom which isn't where I need it, but this one did a very good job at staying where I placed it, but it still wasn't for me.The rocker/spring on the chair is fantastic! Although i have to admit I haven't adjusted it at all, but the default tension is perfect for me so far. The locking mechanism for this isn't like others where you push in the level to raise or lower the seat - instead it is it's own separate lever that you either turn up or down to lock or unlock. The hydraulic lift works exactly as it should. Simple. The back is adjustable as well to the angle it sits at. Also works as it should so far. Works just like a car seat - pull it and lean back to adjust - lean forward and it will spring forward. The base:This is important to me because I don't see this mentioned in the reviews for chairs. The holes that the casters/wheels go into are apart of the base, rather than being welded on or something, which I have seen before and makes for a very weak part of the chair. Base is solid and the casters/wheels move pretty well for being on carpet which is a plus.Overall:Great chair...so far. I couldn't recommend it more, again, so far. After some more time of using it I may come back and edit it to update somethings and maybe be a little more detailed - or maybe it's just absolutely perfect and I won't need to! SO FAR it is worth every penny.

Five stars, BUT if you want more cushion please read this review.
EDIT: ConstantSupply took care of my issue fairly promptly after I emailed them again and changed the review. Not sure which one prompted them, but most likely they simply got distracted previously and just needed a reminder. So thank you to ConstantSupply for a fairly pain free process. I want to add that when I went to return this chair I was unable to take the metal base apart. It's simply stuck together and only the mighty hammer of Thor would likely be able to get it apart. I did not want to hurt the base so I let them know I needed another box to send it in. They told me I could just ship the cushions and other parts and that would be fine and they still gave me the full refund. That is outstanding customer service and all things combined have alleviated my fears in dealing with them. Shop with confidence with these guys. They seem to be a top notch operation. This is a hard one for me to rate because I ended up sending this chair back. So why five stars? Simply because the DX Racer is one of the best chairs out there. The build quality, fabrics, fit, etc are just a cut above any chair I've ever used. The King Series is no exception. So then why don't I own it? I had an anomaly where the arm on the left side broke after only a few days of owning it. So I contacted the vendor via Amazon and sent it back. The process was easy and the vendor worked well with me, though I think I am still waiting on my refund. It's wasn't that long ago that I sent it back. I could have gotten a new arm, but I decided the King Series was not the right chair for me. Why was it not right for me?Cushion. The King Series is a very comfortable chair. The second I sat in it I could tell the difference between a standard office chair. However the King Series is fairly firm. There is a lot of cushion there, but it is very very firm. Too firm for me. Things would feel a bit numb after about 30-45 mins. The reason this doesn't dock the rating for me is that this is a preference. Some people want very firm chair and need one due to back issues, etc. It was just too firm for me so I ended up changing to the Iron Series chair. The Iron series has some key differences, but one of those is cushion firmness. It is slightly less firm than the King Series and slightly more firm than the Classic/Max Series. So it's sort of in the middle but still supports bigger folks like me (I am 6' and 265lbs). The Iron series also hugs you on the side more which I like as it feels more like my Mustang racing seats.Other than this there was nothing to dislike about the chair or the vendor. This is a great chair. If you want a slightly less firm chair go Iron Series and if you want fully cushioned go with the Max Series.I know that many would give the chair less stars because it did not work for them, but I did not think it fair to downgrade the chair or vendor due to my personal preference. Yes the arm broke, but that is not normal for DX Racer chairs and they were more than willing to ship me a new arm (which is easy to replace, two allen bolts). So hopefully you find this review useful.

Luxurious. However, at a price of some other comfort.
I am 6`2 and 220 pounds for reference. I am using the black/red king chair. This chair appears to be manufactured great, with good welding it's very sturdy. However, there are some pros and cons I will list that will make you possibly reconsider.Pros:#1 - Lumbar and neck pillow. Just having this alone is a major luxury, especially when spending more time in this chair than my own bed.#2 - Construction. As I mentioned in the beginning, it's welding is great, the pieces holding everything together are very solid, I can see this chair lasting forever.#3 - Good arm rest height and support, great to adjust.Cons:#1 - Rather stiff seat cushion. Affects underside of thighs after sitting for a long time.#2 - Slightly stiff neck pillow. The stiffness may subside eventually. However, right now after leaning on it for an hour, it becomes a little uncomfortable.#3 - Lowest height. This chair doesn't go low enough. I am 6'2 and in order to lean back, I need to prop my feet up on a footrest to be comfortable. Also contributes to discomfort mentioned in #1.#4 - Huge, really tall wheels. I've never seen such monster wheels on a chair. Affects height in #3.#5 - Arm rests are too easily swiveled. This largely only affects the pulling/pushing of the chair around. There should be a lock mechanism for swivel. It's annoying to have to readjust everything after moving the chair around, or just bumping into the arm rests.#6 - A really strange problem, my man package gets bunched up. I can't tell you why or how this is happening, and I don't experience this with any other chair. However, it's a major discomfort and bad tradeoff for all the other luxuries. It may be a combination of most of the cons already mentioned here.#7 - Arm rests are plastic. While not cheap or poor construction, I can see some potential cracking or visible wear on the arm rests after years of constant usage.I'm going to give it time to see if a break in helps with most of these cons. Yet, I don't feel like the man package problem is going to go away, and I feel I may eventually just sell this chair because of it.Edit: After a couple months of usage, the chair is officially broken in, all major issues like the man package problems are gone. I am absolutely satisfied in this product now.

(UPDATED - DO NOT BUY) A fantastic chair! Worth every penny!
UPDATEDI've now own these new "King Series" chairs for 18 months, and the quality was even worse than I thought. Seams on the seat are pulling apart, and the recline angle lock has failed on one of the chairs. The new models were lower rated for weight (now 250 lb. max vs. 275 lb. on the previous versions); I'm roughly 245 so I thought it was good, but clearly not. Give the shoddy manufacturing and the fact these chairs aren't good for even 2 years, this is an absolutely DO NOT BUY.-----In know 3-stars looks like a negative review, but the TL;DR version: This is a good chair, it just isn't as good as the King Series it replaces, and I'm having trouble justifying it's nearly $500 price tag. At $400 or less this would be a 5-star chair, easily. I just think the value has dropped significantly.Quick background: I purchased a blue King Series (OH/KS06/NB) in November 2016 and it has been the finest office/gaming chair I've ever owned. It is showing a little wear after near constant use in my home, and I needed more chairs for the family, so when these K Series models became available, I ordered two new blue ones (OH/D4000/NB) without hesitation. Unfortunately, these K Series chairs do not live up to the expectations of the legendary King Series. The differences:1.) CON: First and foremost, the color. The blue does not look anything like the previous King Series and it looks nothing like the photos on the listing or on DXRacer's website. It is a very muted slate blue, with none of the vibrancy of the previous chair (see attached photo). Very disappointed to see how different these colors are. Do not buy these chairs expecting to match a previous chair's color.2.) CON: The new headrest pillow is a joke. It is roughly half the size of the one included with the King Series. There is no way the new headrest pillow was meant for someone large enough to use this chair. As a workaround, I was able to strap the new lumbar pillow in a way to use it as a headrest pillow, but it's not ideal. I'll probably look for a third-party solution.3.) CON: You can really see where they went cheaper on materials. The previous version had a thick material with a woven texture on the side bolsters on the back (visible in my photo) and below your thighs on the seat, it had 2-color embroidered logos, it had color-matched covers for the star-base... all of these are gone in the new chairs which make the K Series look far more generic by comparison.4.) PRO: The arm rests are the one major improvement in K Series over the older King Series. The new arm rests have the same range of motion as the previous model, but the materials are higher quality. The buttons/levers that control the movement are more solid, and the horizontal rotation now locks in place. I like the more rounded shape of the actual rests, particularly on the inside edges.5.) PRO: I do like the small adjustments to the shape of the seat and the back rest. The seat bolsters are a little flatter which will be more comfortable for heavier folks (don't exactly need aggressive high-G bolstering in an office chair). Also there is now a bit more of a rounded gap between the bottom of the back rest and the seat; it's not much, but I do find it allows me to sit straighter in the chair with a bit more lumbar support than the previous model. None of these are big deals, but I admit they are nice.6.) NEUTRAL: Be aware, this chair is overall a bit taller than the previous model. I found I needed to have the new K Series all the way at it's lowest height setting compared to slightly elevated in my old King Series. I think someone under 6' tall might be a little less comfortable, maybe think about a foot rest or a smaller model chair. Those are the differences. But here's the thing, a lot of the best things have been kept the same. The structural build quality is still just as robust and durable. The chair has excellent adjustability and feels solid at any setting. The casters are world-class. The chair is quiet, smooth, supportive, and extremely comfortable. This is a very good chair, it's just not "King Series successor" good, and that makes the price point hard to swallow. And I personally feel cheated on the color. Frankly, their photos are completely misrepresenting what this chair looks like. DO NOT expect a blue chair.---ORIGINAL REVIEWI bought this back in November of 2015, and it has been the best chair I ever purchased. A year and a half of serious use, and it still looks practically brand new. Worth every penny! It's important to consider the sizing when checking out these chairs -- I'm about 6'1" and 235 and this was a very relaxed fit. Something to note: this is not a pillowy soft chair. I was a little surprised by the firmness when I first bought it, but it makes it so comfortable for long work sessions. I found the lumbar pillow to be a little large for my tastes, so I usually don't use it. But the neck support pillow was just right for me. I'm debating buying another and bringing it into my work office.Definitely recommended!

Update: 7-27-19 My friend is getting a new day trading chair and called me about what I have. It occurred to me that I haven't thought about this chair since after the first few days I set it up. That says it all. And, I'm in this chair 12 hours a day, most days.Pretty happy with the chair so far. Very solid, which is what I wanted. Seems like it's going to be good for my back for long sits. Which I do a lot as a day trader.Note: The lowest the chair seat will go is 20". This makes it the tallest chair they make. Many of their other chairs, even those made for very tall people, will get lower than 20". I usually end up sitting on a donut cushion, which is even going to make it higher. Just something to keep in mind.

We picked a winner!
I'm going to be completely honest here - I was SUPER skeptical about purchasing this chair and I went back and forth on it in my head for weeks before finally just going for it. Here is a little bit of background: my husband is a gamer, and by gamer, I mean he is a hardcore PC gamer that spends almost every hour that he is not sleeping sitting in his computer chair at this desk. In the last year, we have gone through 4 different kinds of chairs for him because they all eventually wear out. When he brought this one to my attention and said it was the one he wanted, I was immediately hesitant due to the price of the item. However, as it was his birthday I went ahead and purchased the chair - and boy am I glad I did! The shipping was extremely fast and set up was a breeze. He has been using this chair for months now and has not had a single problem with it to date. In my opinion, the high quality of this chair definitely makes up for the price tag attached. 5/5 would recommend.

Very comfortable chair!
Chair was easy to assemble with all tools included in the packaging. The chair is surprisingly heavy and fabric feels like it will hold up to the wear and tear of daily use. I love it and recommend it to anyone that has the money to spend on a quality chair.

Most comfortable computer chair I’ve ever owned.
The back is supportive, and I can lock it in a tilted back position. The padding in the seat is perfect. I’ve never owned a more comfortable computer chair.
