This book is so packed with information and the various different tactics that Erickson used in order to assist people to change that one would be hard pressed not to learn something.Alot of what Erickson when over in this book greatly added to my understanding of human behavior and of the different methods that one may employ as a means of creating change.If you're gonna purchase this book just understand that it's packed with information from various seminars and workshops that Erickson gave over his career.

Great book if you are interested in the science of hypnosis. I find it easy and fun to read.

Of use to me in my profession.
