Disappointing
I tried this product for two months, since one month didn't seem long enough. I weigh just about the same now as I did before I started. I did not see any of the claims prove themselves out. My diet remained about the same, so I didn't take advantage of another claim (not sure if it was from the Amazon page or another source that led me to Amazon) that I could eat what I wanted without gaining weight. I will not buy this again.
