LorAnn Cheesecake SS Flavor, 4 ounce bottle

Very little needed for a great taste.

I needed a cheesecake flavor for making anabolic ice cream in my Ninja Creami and this is PERFECT! The flavor is outstanding and the value is unbelievable since it is so highly concentrated. Would definitely recommend it, and I will be purchasing this again (in addition to other flavors of this brand).

The flavor is very potent. Great for flavoring my cheesecake gourmet popcorn. I love this brand, the quality is A-1.

For a flavoring in a recipe and the taste

I bought this to use with my ice cream maker. It smells like cheesecake, with a somewhat flavor of cheesecake. I found it to be much better to use a small amount and your dessert will taste better. Using too much causes a slight bitter taste.

I use LorAnn Products quite frequently and on occasion when I see a bad review, I am skeptical. I've seen the "too chemically tasting" ones, and I usually will give them a go for my own choice. I REALLY hope that I just got a bad batch here but I will NOT be buying the CheeseCake flavor again. It was very promising as the smell was pleasant upon opening the bottle and I have my methods for mixing into my product with approach of smallest amount feasible and increase as needed. DId not work - as soon as I began mixing, the smell of pleasant cheesecake turned into an odd "Rubber" like smell. I will leave it at the word rubber and let your minds fill in the rest. Oily rubber synthetic smell. It did not go away upon product preparation. Whatever it was, cheesecake was not it. While there was a hint of a yogurt like taste, it was only momentary and far from use in anything I would recommend. Again - I hope it was just a one off batch but if you really want this - try a small vial first before going with larger quantities...
