My bottle says: Active ingredients: OCTINOXATE 7.5%, OCTISALATE 5.0%, OCTOCRYLENE 10%, OXYBENZONE 6.0% Inactive ingredients: Isopropyl myristrate, polysiloxanes, silicone dioxide

Does the Amazon seller NG, Inc sell real or fake bioCorneum products?

I believe the product is legit. I ordered what my dermatologist recommended.

Has anyone used this for acne scars and does it work?

Not sure about acne scars. Retinol typically used for those but makes the skin sun sensitive when you are using it.
