Great Reel for the Price!
The reel is very smooth and the drag is very nice for a sub $30 Daiwa reel. It comes in a plastic clam pack and it’s a size 1500 reel. The reel itself is a bit heavy for its size but manages to balance decently with a 5’ GX2 light rod. I spooled on some 8 pound fluorocarbon and it’s been able to handle it fine. Overall, a great sub entry level Daiwa reel.
