Easy to use for a beginner. I have never used the water activated paint before and I had no problem applying it. I used it for my Halloween costume and it glowed bright under the UV light.

it dries very fast but that helps prevent messes. i didnt have to do multiple layers i felt it was pigmented enough. just keep a small spray bottle handy to wet it as you work

It’s not waterproof and personally I don’t mind it. The thickness all depends on the amount of water you use. I use a drop and it’s perfect. Colors are beautiful and will be buying again once I run out.

I really enjoy this product. For the price and for it not being a name brand eyeliner it really does the job. I've had many off brand eyeliners that with smudge a few minutes after having it on but this one lasts me a long time! It works just as good as the NYX water activated liners for a fraction of the price!

The media could not be loaded. These are decent for the price. You definitely want to use as little water as possible bc they’re very thin! In the photo I posted I went over each of them twice (except the yellow I forgot to, and I went over the white like 6 times) the white is pretty much useless but the other colors are pretty cute!

I was hesitant to buy because its amazon but I needed the green color. This was the best deal I found, it was easy to apply and stayed on, and was really UV activated under the lights. I felt the coolest because of this eyeliner

Honestly I'm in love with these liners I got so many compliments at work so far and I've only used the one color. As far as smudge-proof I did have to set my eye lid with a translucent powder prior to applying because there was some transfer. Up side is its easy to remove and easy to fix downside is having to mess with my eyes all day long to fix the area that transferred. Not good for folks with oily skin make sure you use matt base and a powder to set if you have slightly oily to moderately oily skin. Otherwise I love this pigment. It's Def worth the price.
