Q: Are these difficult to swallow? I have a hard time swallowing pills.

They are relatively medium to large capsules. I don't find them difficult to swallow at all, but I am someone who does not have trouble swallowing pills.

Q: I have never heard of zinc orotate. Doesn’t look like a good form of zinc. For this much price it has to be a good form?

Zinc Orotate is used in the Desert Harvest Multi-Vitamin because it is the most bioavailable form of Zinc, which means the body can absorb more of the zinc than with other forms of Zinc.
