Love it!
It's not spicy like the cassia cinnamon but it's bold! I love that it breaks easily so I can steep it. But I have to say this a nice cup of cinnamon tea, a well rounded bold but not overly bold flavor. Very refreshing. First time trying this ceylon cinnamon.

Meets my expectations
Pros: It breaks easily into 1/3 pieces which seems to be about the equivalent of an entire stick of the commercial brand of cinnamon.Cons: It has a milder smell and flavor of store-bought cinnamon, but I'm ok with that.I put a 1/3 stick in my cup of coffee every morning to help lower my blood pressure. In the summer, I use it to make my own pickling spice for canning sweet pickles. During the fall I use it to make sweet potato and pumpkin dishes and during the winter, I use it to make my own spice for German Gluehwein.

Ceylon Cinnamon aka True Cinnamon for Healthy Cooking
Ceylon cinnamon is also known as ‘true cinnamon’. Ceylon cinnamon is less overpowering and has a subtle, sweet, mildly spicy flavor, a mild aroma and a soft papery texture in comparison to Cassia cinnamon, which is sold as cinnamon in grocery stores. The product is well packaged and sealed helping it to stay fresh longer.

Healthier cinnamon, but I don't like the taste
I purchased this product because ceylon cinnamon is supposed to be healthier. But I don't like the taste nearly as well as the regular Badia cinnamon I used to use. The flavor is strong, so I break each stick in half before putting in my water bottle, to encourage myself to drink more water.

Convenience
I like using the whole stick or I can grind it.

Good quality
I like cinnamon in my coffee. I always used the store bought cinnamon powder in the past until I learned that there're actually different types of cinnamon. I decided to try out these Ceylon cinnamon sticks and I think I like them better. I steep a stick in my coffee for several minutes to get the flavor out. I re-use the stick multiple times before throwing it away. The flavor is more subtle than the cinnamon powder I used before. I recommend them.

Sooo good!
I was initially hesitant to buy this cinnamon due to the mixed reviews, but I'm so glad I did! It's important to note that this is not the typical cinnamon we're used to in the United States. It looks and smells different. After reading about the differences between Cassia and Ceylon cinnamon, I decided to give it a try, and I'm thrilled with the result! This cinnamon is much less overpowering than regular cinnamon and enhances the dish without overwhelming it.
