Needed for prep for colonoscopy and decided to try the grape. Yes, it smells like grapes, but be prepared for two things. The first is that it is very, very sour and you need one bottle for your prep (in addition to an entire bottle of Miralax type product/30 servings). I was literally double fisted drinking - one hand had a bottle of this and the other and large glass of water. Swig one, swig the other. Second, it is VERY acidic, so if you have ulcers/GERD, etc. you will find this product intolerable. It does the job, but if I have to ever repeat the procedure, I would need to look for other options. If you are looking for a product just for a laxative, I would take a few pills instead.

I had to drink this before a colostomy. It doesn't have a bad taste, taste like grapes, not bad at all.

If you need to clean out, this is the stuff. Be prepared to be near the toilet with plenty of time to use it. No cramping or discomfort but lots of action. If you still don't get relief, you should head to the clinic.

I had ordered this item knowing it would work but i didn't realize that i could get this Walmart item for much less. My fault that i didn't do the research.

This works within 2 hrs of taken it, if taking the whole bottle drink at least 4 cups of water with or after it. It's light on the stomach, there's no pain associated to it either so don't be scared. Took it 6pm now it's 6am following day and I only went 3 times (sry if it's tmi just thought that info would help a buyer). The taste... firstly pop it in the freezer or fridge to get it really cold cuz it'll taste better. Initially it had a sweet taste to it then towards the end of the bottle it started to taste sour, like drinking a sour patch juice (best way I can describe it lol) clear your pallet then finish it. The last bit of it was close to half so I added it to 2 cups of water, 4 ice, and it went down fine.

Don't want to cross the borders of " TOO MUCH INFORMATION" but my Naturopath recommended this stuff, and it works. Also not habit forming, am now off it. VERY SOUR. Hold y our nose and take a couple of quick swallows at night and voila!
