tight fit

This apparatus seems to be made for a small, thin person. The neck opening is very small, best fits a small woman or child. The silicone "gasket" cuts into the neck--quite painful. The drain hose is low quality plastic. the straps that hold it in place will probably not fit around a pregnant woman.I purchased this for my husband, who has COPD. It was very painful on the neck. Even fully extended, the straps were WAY too short to go around him.
