Extremely good customer service
Absolutely fantastic no frills and straight down to business product. Performs exactly as per specifications and solves the purpose of a kitchen scale. Very easy to use and fairly accurate.The customer service of Dr Trust is extremely efficient. My product developed a defect in warranty period and was promptly replaced by Dr Trust after intimating them over a WhatsApp chat, without wasting much of my time by going through various levels of customer care.Overall a good product and superb customer care.

IWant to replace
The media could not be loaded. It’s warrant for 3 years now display is not working

Not working after few months
Initially it worked good.. accurate measurements were displayed. after few months, equipment started showing wrong measurements & unknown figures. Inspite of changing battery, no use. I bought it in 2022 for 699/- I have hardly used this. Now it’s not even showing anything in the display. Better to avoid the purchase.

Was good for few days.. after few days there are display issues and the data doesn't seem to be accurate

Great device with accurate measurements.
The weighing scale is working perfectly as of now. My Z Flip5 weighs 187gms and it shows the same.Not sure why many people have rated negatively.Please put the scale flat on a stable surface for perfect readings.If you use it on the bed, there are high chances it will be incorrect.I will update in future if any issues occur.

Display very poor
The media could not be loaded. I couldn’t even get to use it properly. It has been a year and this is just a waste machine for me. I am writing this review now as it thought to make another purchase but when i got to see the reviews i were startled as to i am not the only one. Please don’t waste your money into this. I problem bought it around 800-900 i guess. I would say that 300rs machine works well than this.
