Great for the price. Nice to display pictures instead of a basic frame.

Good but packaging concerns.Overall this product is of pretty good quality. The colors are beautiful and it seems sturdy enough to last for years. You can add more frames and they still hold without looking weird (I bought four extra frames and it still looks great). I love that you can take the base off and mount the tree on the wall.However, the packaging is worrisome: the product box came in an amazon box that was nearly four times its size with a lot of paper, which is weird but not necessarily unsafe. However when I pulled the product box out of the amazon box I could hear all of the parts moving inside. Since I bought this as a Christmas present for my grandmother, I decided to open to box to make sure everything was still in tact. While nothing was actually broken, none of the parts had been secured very well. It was apparent that the tree part was supposed to be held in place with zip ties but all of the zip ties were cut and the tree was sliding around all over the box. The frames, which were apparently at one point taped to the cardboard backing, had not been well secured at all and had all fallen to the bottom of the box. Four of the frames were fine, but two were damaged. One of the frames I believe was damaged in the box (there is a rather large dent in the plastic slip that protects the picture), the other I think was made faulty and sent anyway (the backing of the frame that is used to change the picture is deformed and does not fit in the frame without sticking out very noticeably).These minor defects are only enough to really knock one star off my rating, as thankfully replacement frames are pretty cheap.

I just got 3 of these trees for my family, to make family trees as holiday gifts for different family members, and I have to say they look better in person than I thought they would. So far only one of the trees had 1 to 2 leaves that were slightly discolored like copper along the edges, which I think looks totally fine. Each came with 6 frames, and I ordered several of the extra 4 piece frame sets too, hoping the tree won't look too cluttered with upto 12 frames hanging on it. The thing that I was pleasantly surprised about was that you can supposedly either use it on the stand as pictured or take the base off and hang it on the wall. I like this option considering I don't know what will work best for each of my family members to display it. I think it's a good size, big enough without being too huge. Plus the price is right! I was originally looking at a beautiful metal tree offered by Hallmark, where you can hang different size/shape frames on it, but it was at least twice the price, though the quality of the tree & frames were worth the price. But, this tree is very nice, the frames are all the same simple rectangular shape, which will make them easier to fill in the long run, and at a reasonable cost. I hope it holds up well too.

We got this as a gift for my mother in law. She loved it! The box was pretty much destroyed when it arrived but the product itself was fine. The only concerns I have are some of the leaves/branches are thin and can easily bend and break so just make sure you don't snag it in anything and be gentle when moving it around. The photo frames are a bit on the small side, we got wallet prints and had to cut them even smaller to make it fit. That made it a little difficult to find the right picture. It was a great price though and makes for a thoughtful gift!

Over all it’s a good looking product. Me and my husband got it for his mother for Christmas.I did give it three stars because the only issue with it is it came bent in a lot of places and I’m afraid to bend it just in case it breaks.

Makes a very pretty and unique gift as opposed to a regular picture frame. I inserted pictures of my parents when they first got married and pictures of my siblings and I when we were kids before I wrapped it. Took the work out of making her find photos that fit. She just took it out of the box, hung the frames and it was ready to go. I like that it can stand on a table top or hang on the wall. Nice to have both options. I had to order an extra set of frames because we have a large family, and I had 3 frames left over. They make perfect Christmas ornaments. I put pictures of my kids in them and hung them on the Christmas tree! I definitely recommend this product.

I love it very much!! Only one problem...all I got was the tree. No picture frames and no stand for placing on a flat surface. I can live without the stand, but I need the frames. I truly give 5 stars for the look of the tree, but giving 2 stars for the fact of not receiving the other parts that complets its beauty.

A great product. Came as described and arrived quickly. My only issue was how small it actually was, but this was entirely my fault. (The size was given I assume.)

This was exactly what I expected. I purchased it for my mother for a Christmas gift and she absolutely loved it! The frames were a little bit smaller than I had expected however, if they were any bigger you wouldn't be able to fit more for a large family. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great gift idea!

This is elegant and rustic at the same time. Perfect accent to any home. It would be nice if there was an option to buy extra frames separately.
