i got this for my bf for valentines day because he likes dark souls and his favorite is solaire and it seemed to be in good condition, no complaints tee hee

Cool but it reeks of copper thus making it impossible to wear.

The media could not be loaded. Loved it so much, I needed a new one. The pictures compare a new one to my old one after just about a year of wear, I don't take my necklaces off ever, so this is an example of how it becomes... *tarnished*... over time. The gold is kind of a paint or a layer on top of the metal on both the pendant and the chain, and I was really sad to see it crack and fall off over time, but it still looked really cool and the sun's colors are enamel I think, so the yellow and red don't fade or flake.The chain was the first thing to lose its paint because of the friction between the chain links. Maybe replace the chain altogether if you don't like the idea of dealing with that, especially because it is made of a metal that will change the color of the skin it makes contact with!I took the video after nearly three months of wearing it with minimal exposure to water, the paint is beginning to flake. I demonstrate how easily the paint is removed in the video, at the expense of the golden color of my poor medallion. This is from continuous wear (aside from when I took it off to shower, I'm trying to preserve the gold on the front as much as possible!)\[T]/

My adult son loved this as a gift as ge is a fan of the game. Unfortunately the chain is cheaply made and broke in a couple places after a few hours. Luckily we had a spare chain of the same color and replaced it. It's been great since replacing the chain.
