Moshi iGlaze Napa Case for iPhone 6/6S Plus - Onyx Black

This case offers very good protection against drops. I've dropped my phone many times and no cracks thank goodness. The vegan leather looks real nice! I have the maroon color and liked the color. I'm only giving it two stars because the plastic sides of this case is poorly made. As you can see on the photos I posted, you can see that the color on the plastic edge is getting worn out. This started to happen as early as 3 weeks after I purchased this case. This is just from regular usage. It has been 6 months that I have this case and it already looks as if I've owned this case for more than a year. I am very disappointed considering the price point for this product. Unless they've changed the plastic material around the edge of this case, I do not recommend buying it.

This case is nicely made and looks very upmarket. Not at all a cheap looking product. The only mild criticisms I have are that the edges around the front are a little sharp and getting to the mute switch can be a little tricky. Both are minor points and do not detract from this case. Protection is excellent for the back and sides, but, obviously, there is no protection for the glass if the phone falls face down on a rough surface. The raised front edges prevent the glass hitting the surface if it is smooth so it can also be laid face down on a table or other smooth surface without fear of damaging the front glass. A nice case worth the slight premium in cost.

The design of this case is very pleasing to the eye. The only problem that made me return this case was that the sides of the case are very slippery I hope that Moshi will work on this and change the case to all leather, like the ones from Apple, that helps to create a nice grip.

I got my money's worth with this buy.

I really like this case. I read a lot of reviews and decided on this one. I was not disappointed. The "leather" feels real and it fits my iPhone 6 Plus perfectly.

Purchased this case to go with my new iPhone based on a combination of aesthetics and reviews/claims about it offering protection. Best of both worlds? If it sounds too good to be true it is. First drop, and the screen completely shattered. The raised lip did nothing. Additionally, the silent button is very hard to get to (unless you have very long fingernails), and the buttons for power and volume are very hard to push. Would not recommend this case to anyone.

The metal rim started fading early on. Should expect more for the price. Seems to protect phone nicely though.

My initial impressions of this case:1. What a HANDSOME case! Very simple, yet elegant design. the cutaway was a nice detail to display the apple logo. I get complements on the case all the time.2. Very rigid, protective feel. I felt that the 6S Plus was very well protected inside this case.3. Good fitment. Installation was a breeze. The only issue I had was that the opening for the ringer switch was too small and I couldn't (easily) toggle it on or off without the help of some slim implement (pen, paper clip etc). Someone with longer fingernails may not have any troubles.Overall a very nice case. There are slimmer cases available, but the added bulk does make the 6S Plus feel more protected - specially when putting in your back pocket. I haven't tried to sit down while the phone was back there, but I imagine it would fare well with this case. Outside of the too small silence toggle opening, I only wish that the edges had a more positive grip. I have average sized hands, and often worried that the phone would slip out if I wasn't careful. Those with larger hands may not have this feeling. I'm considering using some fine grit sandpaper to give the edges a little more texture.

Update 23/6/19: Wow. Has maintained strength and colour for a year. Absolutely over the moon! Looks like my future phones have found a home. Original review: Slim, elegant, great protection. Very pleased with my Moshi iGlaze Napa case. Was a bit concerned about the quality before ordering, from other reviews it sounded like the case might not hold up to the rigorous use of a self-employed wheelchair user with twins. I've had it seven weeks now and am delighted to say that it has remained as strong and sturdy as the day I received it. Also the burgundy vegan leather makes the switch easily from day to evening. Highly recommend.

I needed a case for my new iPhone and this one is perfect! It's a very high quality and slick looking case. Feels good in my hand and looks very classy. This is the second Moshi case I've purchased and I've never been disappointed!
