I bought this primarily to hold my car key. I've misplaced my car key quite a few times. With this belt loop key holder, I'd never do that again. It's easy to put it on and take it off the belt. The craftsmanship is good. I chose a flatter profile. With one car key (the car key is a bit bulky), it feels right. But with another key, it feels a bit cramped and the constant clash of the keys when walking is annoying. perfect solution for one car key.

I just bought another one to use as a gift for someone else .....My truck and house keys have lived on this super solid clip for over 4 years now. You only have to glance at the photo to see the scratch marks I've made over those years by hooking my keys back on one-handed. You can also unhook your keys one handed, which I always do without even thinking about it. YET, those keys have never even come close to being unhooked accidentally. I work on a farm where losing stuff is all too easy and finding it almost impossible, yet I totally trust this belt clip.Best bit: I only have to feel below the clip to know that my keys are there. Next best bit: if I am bending low and worry that my keys will dig into me or accidentally set off the alarm on my truck, I know that I can pull the keys out of my jeans pocket and let them dangle without danger of them becoming lost.Otiginal review: Functionally it's perfect. Secure on my belt (can't come undone), my keys all hang straight down into my jeans pocket. There is literally nothing to get snagged on all the things that my previous belt clip (caribiner style) used to. At the same time it's easy to detach my keys if I need to, but when I snap them back in I can tell they are safe.

Works great and is very heavy duty. Don't have to worry about it falling off or breaking . Hopefully the second one i ordered shows up soon

It's tight on my carry capable (tactical) 4mm Thick 1.5" leather belt. The fit is okay on thinner (normal) 1.5 belts like the Fossil belt in the picture. No issues in longevity as the rivet punched through the entire leather material unlike the other variation of the same brand with questionable construction shown by another reviewer. I chose this style as it has round corners compared to the chrome/silver finished model.

I’ve tried other key keepers for my belt but this one is the absolute best combination of good looks and usability I’ve found. It’s extremely easy to snap the key ring into the keeper, yet the design is such that retention has not been a concern. The little step in the spring loaded portion seems to be a factor in keeping the key ring from accidentally coming out of the keeper. Whatever, it works very well and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. This is a definite two-thumbs up product.

I purchased this for connect to my wallet chain for a trip I’m taking. I try to protect my wallet from potential pickpockets so have a safety chain attached to it and needed a way to secure it to my person. I decided on this belt clip because of its classy style and the excellent quality of it. I works great.

It’s average and does its job

Seems really durable and it’s convenient. I like that my pocket doesn’t have keys poking my leg anymore. I have a lot of keys and it’s annoying to have a bulge of keys in my pocket, this product fixed that problem.
