A Most Delicious Tea for Serious Tea Drinkers
When selecting tea, I take the utmost care, research and evaluation to determine if it will meet the standards of my father who is the ultimate tea snob.He drinks tea multiple times per day, mostly black but occasionally with organic raw honey or a touch of almond milk. The English Breakfast passed all tests with flying colors, I am so happy to say!Ghograjan Tea Estate comes straight from the beautiful mountainous tea plantations of India, hand plucked fresh leaves from centuries-old bushes with the brightest, boldest sunshine in the country. This straight-from-the-mountains quality makes for a fresh, deliciously smooth taste. It’s a full-bodied Tea with a ‘wake you up’ kick of caffeine. Strong, and flavorful and packed with power. I can’t recommend more highly. It is so good and totally addicting. I’m inspired to host tea parties simply so I can share this Tea with neighbors and friends. At this price, it’s so worth a try, even if you only get the 3.5oz. Enjoy!

Very tasty, traditional breakfast tea
I was buying it without tasting it first so I was dubious but it’s delicious and I’m glad I did. What I like is that it’s very traditional breakfast tea. And it brings me back to the UK

A wonderful tea from Ghograjan tea estate.
We’ve been buying our English Breakfast tea in bulk from Berkeley Bowl, but haven’t traveled to the Bay Area due to quarantine. This tea has a wonderful fragrance when you open the package & a lovely smoky flavor when brewed.

Most nicely rolled leaves I've seen
I steep this tea for a long time to get the strength I like, but it is totally worthwhile! I am at high elevation, which does affect boil temperature, and could have something to do with that. The leaves are beautifully whole and rolled. The "tea shake" in bagged teas and broken leaves in some other loose leafs bring a stronger flavor faster, but the tradeoff is the bitterness of those broken leaf veins. With Ghograjan I don't have to deal with that bitterness.I will happily steep my tea for a few extra minutes to enjoy all the flavor without the bite.

Excellent, reliable, reasonably priced whole-leaf tea
I switched from tea-bags to whole leaf tea a few months ago and have been searching for a reliable source of fresh, whole-leaf tea. This is it. All other teas I tried came with a large amount of dust and broken leaves, which distorts the flavor and adds extra tannins. There is no dust at all in this tea. I buy the 1lb bag and decant it into a tea caddy - I have now done this for 2lb without cleaning out the tea caddy, and the dust in the bottom is negligible. You will need an infuser or a tea strainer for whole leaf tea, of course. Enjoy!

Too light of the taste
This tea is just too light for us. We tried to use hot water and let it sits for 5 minutes ….. but still come out very light tastes

Best Loose Tea in the World!
Yash,Namaste...We live out in the country, in central Texas. All through the south in the United States iced tea is a staple, often generating heated arguments over who makes the best iced tea, and particularly how it is brewed, cooled and served. That being said, I have been making and drinking ice tea for about 45 years now. My wife says I'm OCD about my tea, but for years now she wouldn't think of drinking hot or cold tea the way I make it.10 cups of distilled water, 1 & 3/4 level tablespoons of your exceptionally splendid black or English Breakfast tea through a Mr. Coffee coffee maker (which has never been used for anything but tea). Once brewed, it is then added back to the gallon of distilled water I started with.Your tea makes the best I have ever had. Thank you.Sincerely,Stacy Bible

Unusable tea that is a safety hazard
I was very much looking forward to trying this English breakfast. I even shot straight for the one pound bag because the reviews for this tea were decent and the company has a guarantee that the tea will be the best English breakfast that I'll have tried. When I opened the bag I was greeted by a ghastly pungent chemical smell which I attribute to the oddly colored powder sticking to the sides of the bag. I nearly gagged and naively hoped that this aroma would not transfer to the taste of the tea. Giving it the benefit of the doubt I steeped a cup per the bag's instructions and to no surprise the aroma from the tea was the same and the sip I forced myself to take was quickly spit out.The tea smells and tastes like rat poison. Not only is it not the best English breakfast I've had (Rishi's 2.29 oz of loose leaf has been the best), but it is completely unusable, I can't even give it away. I could try to use it as what it smells like, rat poison, but rats are smarter than to dare try to approach the stench of this tea.I took the company up on their refund policy (returns are not accepted) and was told that I would need to send a picture of the bag and powder before they refund me. A lot of gall they have, I provided the photos I have attached to this review. It's been a day and still no refund.I'm utterly disappointed and would advise anyone to stay clear of this tea and company.
