Q: Can this be used to seal roof skylight on rubber roof?

I'm in the RV Collison business and we use both Geocel or 100% silicone for sealing RV Sidewall moldings and componets affixed on to the sidewall for both metal and fiberglass sided RV's. The advantage to Geocel is it can be re-applied over itself unlike silicone. Nothing adheres to silicone, not even silicone. The disadvantage is if you have to remove Geocel It's more difficult to remove and it's a little less flexible than silicone. Either choice is a good choice. NEVER use either product on any type roof material other than metal roofs. The solvents in both products can and likely will cause the roof membrane to release from the roof.

Q: How many windows will one tube seal? Or to put another way, how many total inches of area will it cover?

Didn't measure inches but it covers a lot. One thing you need to know about this stuff that I found out later. This is super shiny and doesn't stick to fiberglass. I ended up having to remove it from every joint on my motorhome. It peeled right off in one long strip after being on there for 2 weeks. I won't use this again anywhere near fiberglass. The other thing was that it was so shiny that it reflected like a mirror. Looked awful and stood out!

Q: It appears the seams on my trailer have previously been sealed with silicone. Can I use this product over silicone?

I would try and get as much of the silicone off as I could. I used this product to seal around the edges of my rv's roof. One entire edge of the roof had been torn away. This product worked very good to reseal the roof after I patched around the edge. I use it in other places for sealing also. I did remove the old silicone where i could. It worked well over seams where I could not get old silicone off too. Good luck using it, I think you will be satisified Charlie, but follow the instructions.

Q: Suitable for hairline cracks in roof of 2001 coleman fleetwood popup? i believe it is abs not epdm roof.

If you have multiple cracks I wouldn't use it. There is a product that can be painted on the roof to repair multiple cracks.
