QCen Trampoline, 10FT 12FT 15FT Recreational Outdoor Trampolines with Safety Enclosure Net, ASTM Approved Combo Bounce Outdoor Waterproof Trampoline with Ladder for Kids and Adult

I don't review many items, but I felt it was only fair that I took a minute to review this trampoline. This was the big gift for my 3 children for Chistmas of 2022. I am writing this review in late February of 2023. The assembly of this product would be difficult without at least one other person and an power drill with socket attachment. Two of us assembled this in about 2 hours. My kids have been jumping on it on every nice weather day. Recently, my youngest was hanging on one of the vertical poles holding the netting and the pole broke. I emailed the seller and they did not hesitate to send me a new replacement pole and the hardware to swap out the damaged piece. That's a sold 14 months after the sale and they didn't even ask for me to pay shipping. With Spring right around the corner, I expect my kids to get another solid year of jumping out of this trampoline. With time, I expect some of the metal to rust as I won't be disassembling it for the winter months, but I anticipate another couple solid years of its enjoyment to be had by my kids. Plenty of trampolines on the market, but this one came with some of the best customer service I've encountered.

We don't have a backyard, just a deck. I knew a 12ft was too big. This 10ft was the absolute perfect size. It was able to put it together by myself in a couple hours. It's sturdy. My 3yr old, my 14yr old and myself can all jump on it together with no issues. We got this for the little one's third birthday birthday back in Aug and it's provided many days of joy for us. I will say the netting was really hard to get on by myself tho. I managed but not with out braking a sweat. I'm not going to blame the manufacturer because there could be an easier way to put it on. I'm just not aware of it.

I am a 5’3”, not very strong woman. But was able, for the most part, assemble this on my own. But I had trouble with one of the legs. The holes wouldn’t line up, and there was nothing I could do in terms of twisting them, or switching them around until it all worked. So I had to modify a couple of the holes to make it work. This took extra time of course, and I hurt myself a few times. But I managed it, and as you can see, it’s up, and very functional. Another thing, is that not all of the pieces for the main bolts would fit correctly. So some of the legs I had to leave the black, plastic separating piece in order to get the bolt, washer, and nut to fit. I did have to have help with the netting. My two nieces (11 & 10) helped me put the poles up, and feed the net onto them. They are a bit flimsy looking. But, they are doing their job so far. The springs looked great and like they should last a while. The entire assembly, including the modifications, took about a day in total. But was spread over a period of a day and a half. Overall, it’s a decent product so far. And is being well used unless we have bad weather. I gave it a higher rating because of its functionality, and as it seems like it should last a good while. If anything goes amiss, I will update this review.

This trampoline was actually pretty easy to assemble (we bought the 15 ft). I gave it 4 stars because the instructions were rubbish and the pad that goes over the springs should have had 2 rows of tie downs. We had a thunderstorm two days after putting it together and the pad was whipping all around, I don't see it lasting long. I thought the frame would be a little heavier for the price we paid. We bought a 4 pack of trampoline anchors and I definitely suggest that, you can get them for around $30 and they are totally worth it and easy to install. Overall pretty great trampoline.

It is a great trampoline. I had a few issues with some parts and contacted customer service. They responded and resolved my issue fast and send replacements right away. I’m very happy with the outcome and the trampoline is a great purchase for the kids. I recommend this product if you have kids 12 and under. They have Lost of fun and spend hours jumping and playing.It does not come with stacks to keep it firm but if you buy good stacks it is very steady and secure.

The best thing I bought this summer!Took me about 30 mins to assemble. Because of Covid it was really hard and challenging to go out and do fun things, so converted my back yard as a fun zone. Purchased this and a pool and put it side by side and the kids LOVED it as it provided hours of entertainment. A fun way to tire them out. The sturdiness, structure and quality is superb.

Solid construction and quality materials. Had 2 helpers assembling everything and it took just over an hour. The directions are a bit vague on some things but we figured it out well enough. Kids are loving it and we haven't had any quality issues so far. The only downside to this order was the shipping. It took nearly 6 weeks for everything to get here and the 3 boxes came in 2 separate shipments from 2 different carriers. FedEx messed up the initial pickup and ended up returning one of the boxes to the seller. On the plus side the seller was very responsive to my emails and provided me with updated tracking as it became available.

This trampoline is A+ so far (had it for 2 weeks) I did a bit of research before buying this trampoline and I’m happy to report I chose a good one! This trampoline was easy to assemble (2 person job ideally) and has so far shown to be sturdy and durable. My 10 year old daughter just loves it! One of the best parts about this trampoline is that everything came in one box and nothing was missing! I read a lot of reviews of other trampolines where this was not the case. This trampoline is a good product for a good price.
