if the item is defective, you can call the customer service of amazon then they will tell you what to do if you want to refund it or not. usually they dont replace if its damage they will just refund it based on the payment method you prefer

i want to buy it here in abu dhabi and take it as a gift to brazil! does it work there too?

i am using the hair dryer in dubai. it works. so it will work well in all other countries. as long as you have the universal adapter. (the 3 pin). and it will be ok. it's nice product.

I had my old babybliss for almost 7 years and its motor retired so this has been a nice upgrade. The quality is 👌🏾I haven’t used the diffuser but this helps reduce my frizz in my currently ‘relaxed’/permed 4c hair.
