This book is amazing, easy to read and enjoyable
I read this book within a couple of weeks. I found it very engaging, the message is clear, it goes to the point in every field and I'd recommend to study it over and over. It's one of the best books I've ever read :)Highly recommended!

Some parts are good…
I felt some of the recommendations in this book are great! Learning about your personal paradigm and how to change it is valuable and all of us should learn how to do this to improve our lives.I found it annoying at times that this is written in the first person and it feels like Boris self-aggrandizing at times. Bob mentions a lot of books he’s read to make major changes in his life, but he doesn’t give many specifics; it felt like at times he was promoting book sales. Also, many references to God. I’m not super religious, so it was a bit of a turn off for me.

Great Book
Great book for a book club. The author is great.

Inspiring and even life-changing book!
This book was recommended to me six months ago, and I have now read it several times. If you follow the suggestions in the book, you indeed can change your habitual behavior to have the life you want. It sounds too good to be true, I know, but my suggestion is to (1) read or listen to this book 15 minutes per day for 90+ days, and (2) give Bob Proctor's suggestions a diligent and intentional try for 3-6 months and then assess how your behavior has changed. I am so much more aware of my own behavior. You can use Bob's suggestions to lose weight, advance in your career and other aspirations. I am changing my paradigms, and I can see the changes in my own life already.
