I have Crohn’s. This saved my butt, literally
This saved my butt! I have Crohn’s disease and was having some issues with my bum due to wiping so often. I was stuck taking 3 warm baths a day for 2 months. I haven’t had to do a single bath since I bought this bidet! There is a good chance I would have needed surgery if not for this bidet. It’s insane how quickly so much of my life has returned to normal. Warm water was a must and totally worth it. Heated seat is definitely nice to have too.

Just the right product for me
Had a Toto Washlet/Bidet before and really loved it (different model as it did not have a remote control). So purchased the A200 from Amazon because my mom wanted one (good for her hemorrhoids). We probably do not need the remote control feature of the A200 but that's okay. The features that we wanted in addition to the wash, were 1) pulsating / oscillating for better cleaning, 2) water heater, 3) seat warmer as it's nice when it's cold. The A200 has all these. When the product arrived, it was nicely packaged. Even though I'm not a handyman, I was able to follow the instructions for the installation. I would note that there was a installation video on Youtube (I believe it was produced by Toto) which was helpful... just to see how it was done. I had an issue at first with leaks. There are certain connections which the instruction manual says not to over tighten and to actually just tighten by hand (this is where the water supply hose from the Bidet is connected to a valve that looks like a T because it has 3 holes/connections). When I did it at first, this connection wouldn't screw in by hand no matter how many times I put it on--this is where the leak is. I called Toto the next morning, and I was told that they will send me a replacement part which came in 2 days or so. The representative from Toto advised me not to crossthread (i.e. make sure the threads screw in smoothly and not the wrong way by force) this connection. The Toto representative walked me through how to remove the old water supply hose. Sure enough the replacement water supply hose screwed in easily and smoothly by hand to the T valve. My conclusion is that the original water supply hose had some defect. I'm still giving Toto a 5 star because their customer service was great, and also when this bidet works it is awesome and life changing!UPDATE on 10/12/19: realized that the pulsating and oscillating functions are not as useful to us as we initially thought. Never use these, and we could have purchased a cheaper model.

Not as good as the C5, but still nice
This is a great older product. My parents have this in their home and I thought I would get one for my house well. The product itself is VERY heavy, but works well.Pros: Nice heated seat, product has been around for awhile-proven features, comfortable.CONS: the remote is hard to use. I still can't figure out how to change the settings. The back part of the seat is extremely high. It looks funny because where it sits towards the tank is just not pretty. So full disclosure, due to a shipping/packing issue, I returned the one that I ordered and amazon said they couldn't offer a replacement, so I ended up ordering a C5 (the updated version of the A200) since it was a better price. I'm happier with the C5 since it's more compact and the remote works better.

Emulate the Japanese!
I travel in Asia quite a bit and one thing I have always loved is the Toto toilets with bidet (or as Toto calls it, washlet) function, which are everywhere! Not just in homes, but in hotels, schools, retail outlets and the airport! A warm toilet seat in cool weather is idyllic -- in fact, you won't wake up from a cold toilet seat if you happen to get up during the night, as I do. The bidet function ensures cleanliness between bathing and it has both a rear and mid-function for thorough cleaning. This model doesn't have a dryer but I don't miss it. Of course I installed it on a Toto toilet, which is also an outstanding addition to your home. It does require an electrician to put an outlet near your toilet. I have three other toilets in my home and am tempted to put the washlet in one other bathroom when I next want to indulge in a little extravagance!

Horrible installation. Doesn't include parts.
I spent hours trying to attach the toto T-connector to the fill valve, only to later find out that I needed to buy an adapter (part THU9090R) from Toto for $40.After buying that, I go to install it and the T-connector STILL leaks. With some more research, I see that Toto now sells new, all plastic, T connectors (THU6234) for an additional $20 because they received so many complaints regarding the original one.One would think they would include any of these necessary pieces, let alone an instruction manual.

You will wonder why you didn’t buy one sooner!
I installed this bidet in about a half hour. It was very easy to install and even easier to use. I love this bidet! A lot of great features at a great price!

very easy to install
I've put a few of these on now, and this one was by far the easiest to install so far. Also looks good, and the remote works great, but the force of the water is not as good as the lower grade model.

Some things you need to know!
The install SHOULD have been a piece of cake. It is very easy to cross thread the metal connector to the plastic tube on the bottom of the toilet bowl tank, especially if you have little room to work. Being old doesn't help, either. Also, there are two metal clips that fit into the mounting plate. The Toto unit will not snap into locked position without these being in place, and they were loose in the supplied parts, and not mentioned in the instructions. The remote is smooth; you have to depress the spot on the front to get it to work. It will light up. My remote is not wall mounted, so is is hard to tell top from bottom in a dark bathroom. I will add a piece of tape to fix this.Other than finding the instructions to be lacking this critical information, I love this bidet. I did turn off economy mode because the water was cold when I went to use it.
