Solid Multi-Function Bench with Some Quirks – Great for Budget Home Gyms
I’ve been putting together a small home gym, and the Rigel 6-in-1 weight bench caught my attention because of its all-in-one features—press bench, leg developer, preacher pad, and a cable tower all in one station. On paper, it sounded perfect. After using it for a few weeks, here’s my honest take:What I Like:Sturdy and Stable: Once fully assembled, the bench feels solid. I’ve used it for bench presses, dumbbell rows, and leg extensions without wobble.Versatile Setup: You can target your whole body with this—legs, chest, arms, back. The adjustable angles and attachments give you plenty of options.Compact for What It Offers: It fits well in a modest space and eliminates the need for multiple machines.Things That Could Be Better:Assembly Is Tricky: Instructions weren’t the easiest to follow. A few parts look almost identical, which made setup a bit frustrating. Patience and double-checking are key.Overlapping Attachments: Some features don’t work well together. For instance, the chest fly arms interfere with your range of motion unless you scoot way down, and the leg developer hits the cable tower unless you remove it. Swapping between attachments can slow down your workout.Limited Cable Range: The cable tower doesn’t offer full range of motion, especially for lat pulldowns. I’m 5’7” and still couldn’t get a satisfying stretch.Bottom Line:This is a great bench for the price if you’re looking to add variety to your workouts without investing in multiple machines. The build feels durable, and most of the core features work well for basic strength training. Just be aware that it’s not perfect—especially if you’re looking to rely heavily on the cable system. For casual to intermediate lifters or those building a compact gym on a budget, it’s a solid option with a few compromises.

Doesn't Live Up To Its Potential - UPDATE
This weight bench seems to offer it all - a solid bench where you can do various exercises, a full-body workout, legs, chest, arms, back... it all seems so wonderful. Sadly, it doesn't work. The directions for assembly are unclear and at times ambiguous. There are a few parts that look almost the same; it's easy to get confused. I had a couple of false steps that I had to undo in order to continue. The images of the parts should be clearer.Once I had it together, I immediately became aware that this had been a mistake. The chest development features collide when you're using them. Unless you slide far down the bench, they'll collide with you. This more or less makes the flys impractical. You get almost no ROM. You could still do dumbbell flys, but then why have the chest development apparatus in the first place? The leg developer feature is OK. When you want to use it, you'll need to remove the cable tower; otherwise the leg developer will bang into it, limiting your range of motion. You have to swap out the cable tower and the preacher's bench. To me this is a serious flaw, because having to stop to do this just messes up your routine. Sadly, they're both useful during upper-body work. The cable tower itself is a major disappointment. It was one of the most important features of this bench, but it does not work for me. I don't get adequate range of motion when doing pulldowns. I'm not particularly tall - only about 5'7" - but even so, I can't get full ROM doing pulldowns. The cable pulls the leg developer, and that only has a short ROM - inadequate for even my short frame. Basically, I can't really use it.EDIT:The Rigel-US company responded to my review and offered to make it right with me. This has changed my opinion. Many of my comments still apply - the chest developer is still crowded - but at least this company is responsive and willing to help. That's rare; so in fact, I *would* buy other benches from them, knowing they'll stand behind their product.

The bench is decent for the price. You get what you pay for i suppose.
The seats and cushions are missing foam in spots so they're uneven or flat cardboard thin in places. This bench is not made for full size weights it seems. The weights I have (in photo) don't fit well on the benches weight bars. Overall I'm happy with this bench for the price but not overly thrilled with the quality.

instructions
the manual is basically crap the parts arent labeled up or down left or right , the bar height ajustment does not make any sence , there are big holes does not say what they do and are not part of the picture or in the manuals ,to many parts not labeled , going to give it one more day and i am going to send this piece back ,got the bench to work out, it is to short for me at 6 foot 1 , the bench seat are not paded well there is to much of a gap between the little seat and the bench, used it today after finding the bolts that where missing in my garage ,pretty much mickey mouse set up, definally not an olympic set up ,its all one inch weights set up which olympic standard is 2 inch weight hole. not olympic by far, the spacing from between my legs hits all the way to my ......b..a..l..l..s it to short, again not olympic , they need to make it longer , have to take weights off and back on to do different things, wasted my time moving this and moving that to do different positions, again it came with missing bolts like 30 of them
