Dr. Martens Women's Medea Heeled Sandal

Based on other reviews, I ordered the smaller size of these -- absolutely the right decision because first I ordered the larger size and there was no way they would work. Learn from my mistake!They are fabulously funky and I love them. They were comfortable for about half the day and then suddenly I could tell I had a blister on my heel that got progressively worse until I could take them off. Ouch! So plan on footies or preemptive bandaids or short time periods until they're totally broken in.

I absolutely love these and how kick butt they look, but holy cow. These are the most uncomfortable heels I've ever owned. I know docs can be a pain to break in(I've had 8 pairs in my 22 years of life) but these where the pair that broke me. :( The soles are way too hard and the backs blister the crud out of my feet. I ordered my usual size and they fit almost perfectly. I loved them so much I'm going to order a size up and try again, but they are definitely uncomfortable. Very sad. :(
