Great quality
This kit fits perfect, very smooth turning. insert and removal is seamless and seal is very good.I will recommend this to any outboard fuel tank installation. Thank you

Plastic not metal
It might list this in the ad but these are plastic not metal like the original mercury fuel plugs. The elbow that comes with it proved to be problematic for me. With the fuel line turned down 90* it would hit the transom and eventually snapped the connector when I was adjusting the trim. Using just a straight fitting would have been better. Having metal connectors would have been ideal. The product works fine otherwise.

Great item just not the small 4hp fitting I need for my 69
It works like it should great product but is not the small version of this. The prongs are too big. It won’t fit through with the two side prongs. If anyone else knows which size is the smaller one I would greatly appreciate it.

Fits, but being Plastic is a Bit Flimsy
It fits. Make sure you have the right pipe size. Being plastic it will not last as long as the aluminum ones. Not really good on a gas tank.

Fit my tank great
Couldn't find of these close by so I ordered it and it works good. The old ones were made of metal but the new ones are plastic.

FYI this is made of plastic the original one was metal and lasted 30 years. Unfortunately the ethanol in the gas corroded the plunger and caused leaks fit as it should. also it has a male end on hose line so note what you have or you will be making a trip to town for an adapter
