This is the book!
I wish I could would have had this book 4 years ago when I started out as a safety technician. I am now a safety specialist and feel so defeated most days. I received this book today and finished reading this book today. I’m sure I’ll read it a few more times! This book is encouraging and relatable as I work at a paper plant myself. I love safety committees and all of the ideas of employee engagement. If you are looking for a book full of great ideas for improving safety in the workplace along with making it fun, this is the book.

Very helpful book!
As a leader and consultant, I'm always looking for new ideas to improve safety behaviors and outcomes. This book is full of great ideas. The author's philosophy/approach toward safety leadership is consistent with my own experience and training. And she provides many practical examples. This is a good read for managers as well as safety professionals, or really anyone who cares about improving their workplace safety.
