With my experience I am really sensitive to caffeine, I sometimes throw away a bit of power after opening the capluse n then closing it n consuming. It still works for me but as I can see reviews it doesn't work for some plp even if they take it as a whole.So know urself if u r sensitive like me u should go for this one (100mg) but if u r really caffeine tolerant then go for the 200 mg one.You caffeine tolerance keeps increasing as u take more caffeine or take it daily, so a break of one or two weeks is good if u r taking the suppliment for a long time

Good caffeine, the amount is adequate i.e. 100mg. I replaced pre workout with it since pre workout contained very high doses of caffeine and other useless ingredients. Got good results that too at a fraction of cost when compared to pre workout . I liked the product therefore bought 2 bottles.
