3 Pack Universal Small Size Ceiling Fan Remote Control Kit, Mini Wireless Remote Control and Receiver Kits for Ceiling Fan Lamp

I bought this 3 pack because I had helped a friend install a new hunter fan with electronic controls. The controls on their fan did not work. Hunter supplied a replacement still no go. Our places are off grid. Their Inverter supplies dirty power. I thought maybe a universal module might be more robust. I first installed 2 of the units in our older fans. Other than putting 10lbs of stuff in a 5lb box it went great and they worked perfectly.I installed the 3rd module in the friends fan. Perfect even with their dirty power! One of the great features for us is that if you want to use the fan as a room light each time you cycle the wall switch to on the light comes on. The fan does not. The 3 speeds work smooth and quiet. I have not tested the timer function. One of the modules quit after a couple of days. Nothing. I pulled it apart. Build quality looked good, these things do happen but should not. I found that one end of a surface mount diode was not soldered to the ckt bd. Repaired the solder and it is working fine again. Hope not to have any other failures! BTW the hunter control modules work fine on my power!

The media could not be loaded.  This product is reasonably priced. It includes a small receiver that fits well with the 5-inch diameter base of our fans. The package also contains sufficient instructions. Please note that it requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not included.The remote control features 4 buttons for fan speed control (High/Medium/Low) and an OFF button, along with a switch for the light. Additionally, it comes with a straightforward remote tray that can be easily attached to the wall.The product also provides instructions on how to pair and unpair remotes, allowing you to control multiple fans with one remote or use multiple remotes with a single fan.Although there is no audible beep, as mentioned in the product description, this hasn't been an issue for me. I do hear a clicking sound from the receiver, and upon inspection, I noticed that there are three relays inside the circuit. Therefore, the claim of "advanced technology" in the product description might be either marketing jargon or possibly related to a similar product.The timing settings (the 4 buttons at the bottom) also work as expected. I am planning to purchase more of these remotes!

I bought 3 of these. I rehabbed a house and the light switch on the wall did not control the fan/lights. It controls the wall plugins. I talked to an electrician to see how much wiring the 3 rooms for fan/light. Least bid was $1000.00 . I found these, installed them. Installed the remote to the wall by the light switch. Cost $45.00

Easy to install and works as needed. Remotes come already paired to the unit, and all three in my three pack were on different frequencies out of the box which made it easy. Note that these don’t have dip switches if you were trying to link with other hardware, but you can re-pair them to other identical units (if you wanted one remote for multiple fans). Also when you turn off the light switch and back on, the light comes on by default when when the power is restored. Handy if you don’t feel like fumbling around for a remote when you can just hit the switch in the dark.

These work really well, better than some that came with other fans we have. The smaller size is nice so that there's less to shove up into the fan housing. Hubby installed them when we replaced some fans but they seem pretty simple to do. We ordered another one to use in place of the remote that came with that fan since it never seems to turn on or work right. These work every time so should be a solid upgrade for that fan.

Worked perfectly for a customer's fan where the old receiver went bad. These receivers are a bit smaller than standard receivers and easier to fit in the canopy.

Two out of three didn't work. Wired up exactly as instructed and nothing. Would not recommend.

If you follow the directions they work fine. (I just installed them today so value for money will depend on how long they last. For people with 3 or less stars; The fan does need to be set on high before you hook up the remote. Several people said the fan didn't run as fast. (most likely the fan switch was changed) The wire gauge is fine for this unit. You may need to clear and reset the remote per the directions in the box.

I bought this for a $600.00 fan where the remote that came with it was destroyed from getting wet.I had tried 2 other brands from local stores ( each of them cost Three times more then this one) and they did not allow all the functions on the fan to work so they were returned! I ordered this and it was shipped fast and was super easy to install and Every Function on the fan worked! Best of all the remote cost 1/3rd of the local in store brands that didnt even end up working! The Quality is also a lot better then I was expecting for the price and with the provided wall mount this remote will not suffer the same consequence and the original!

Follow this instruction that come with the unit. Always close your breaker before performing this operation. Once installed, work very well. The small size of the transmitter ease the fitting inside the fan Junction box.
