The product quality is good as expected. It is made of rubber and not plastic, that puts it ahead of other brands. The rubber gives you comfort and you're gonna definitely enjoy it while relaxing the muscle. One can go for the product to buy if they're looking for it.

Not a pleasant experience after buying.
It is good and useful product. However as mentioned in the pamphlet which came with it, I couldn't authenticate the product. You scan the code and it takes you to WhatsApp and then you are asked for the code again and then nothing happens. You are also told that you can get a pdf booklet but here too, I was unsuccessful in getting it. My message to Boldfit, the manufacturer remains unanswered.

It is good for deep tissue massage and pain relief in your back and soreness in muscles...
cool, works, nice and durable, relaxes you, what else.....nothing too fancy, does the job...for long term pains you have to use it for a long time....
