Q: Can these be used for inserting yogurt?

These work well with Premarin, Estrace, Metro gel, hormone creams, boric acid tablets, vitamin e suppositories, non runny lubricants or vaginal moisturizers. They have a threaded end to screw onto a product. Based on trial: Yogurt likely would not work easily as it would be hard to get into the applicator (you can not suck it up).

Q: Anyone knows if 200mg prometrium can be taken with this applicator?

I believe you can. This hormone can be taken orally or inserted in the vaginal with the use of a plastic applicator. It's always good to check with your doctor first.

Q: if you have a lubricant that is a little bit "runny" can it be used or is it only for more solid substances?

It depends on how runny your lubricant is. I used it for medication that was more a gel. Perhaps if your on your back and you insert immediately, it may work.

Q: Does this fit on the Preseed tube?

So far it has fit two different tubes....a monistat tube purchased OTC and another tube that was prescription. Just screws right on there like they came together as a set.
