This is the best hydration/electrolyte product I've tried—the only one that dissolves completely into water leaving no powder trace. The packaging is recyclable, it is reasonably priced and it also smells and tastes delicious, with no horrible aftertaste! This makes it really easy to drink, so if you want to ensure you're drinking enough, or have a medical condition that requires electrolyte balance, vidrate is the dog's doodahs! It really works to make you feel instantly hydrated—I won't use anything else now!

I love this brand. Tasty, a first for me with these types of rehydration product. Keeps me hydrated, gives me all the electrolytes I need.Out of all I've tried, these are hands down for the purposes of feeling great, getting added vitamins too, with a great taste, the best I've had.Would recommend. There are other flavours. Even one night time specific.

Yes to this product! I’ve tried a few of these now having been on GLP and this is by far the best. Others have a much higher sodium content and are really uncomfortable to drink but these get a perfect balance between all the sodium and minerals and nice fresh flavours. One star deducted for the higher price point, but these would be ny choice otherwise!

Excellent product - does not taste salty - great flavour - does not taste artificial. This is a good cost effective option with so many alternatives out there.

Some of the flavours taste slightly fake, but the majority of these flavours go down beautifully. I also feel like I'm not weeing as often so they must be doing their jobs and making my body absorb the hydration finally! One a day and I feel much less headachy and full of beans after 3-4 weeks!

Come in a thin box which is actually so handy to go straight in a suitcase. In the box of 30, I got 8 flavours- the mini and the strawberry I got three of and the other 6 flavours I got four of.The minis require 300-500ml of water (perfect for a small bottle or a glass), the rest are 500-700ml (perfect for me as my bottle is 600ml).Easy open, pour into the water and shake bottle.My initial taste i could really taste the artificial sweetener however, I gave the bottle another shake and the second sip/ rest of the bottle wasn’t quite as sweet.

Effective at hydration but flavours are over synthetic and sweet. Other products on the market are easier therefore to take.
