Q: I measured my head as 23 in. round. Will this hat fit my head?

I got my hat out and measured it inside there is like and inside mine measured 23 " so I think you would be fine ......there is a adjustment you can make inside if you need to make it tighter.. hope I helped it is such a nice hat just enough coverage as I will use it when we are out on the boat,,,,,, lately they have found some skin cancer ( removed) so I am now covering up lol......... it is very nice not to big not to small enjoy

Look inside the inner rim of the hat. There are small slip through loops to attach the strap

This hat was way too big for me eventhough it should fit based on the measurements listed. The "adjustment" makes it only slightly smaller. Keep looking!

Q: Is the velcrow strap on the inside itchy?

It depends on how sensitive you are. I am a senior and have sensitive skin. Wore this hat in Hawaii and had no problems. The strap is made out of a silk-like smooth fabric and it is adjustable. I recommend.

Good quality

The hat product as described. It is wide brim and has 2 detachable chinstring which is good. But the size small is still big, the adjustment of velcro doesnt do the job.
