Great tool just a little top heavy at full reach
Great great machine! Really easy to use and cuts hedges, branches etc with ease. Just a word of caution, like a lot of these long reach tools they can get a little heavy when the extension pole is at its longest. That shouldn’t detract you from buying it but just plan your cutting/trimming with that in mind.

Decent
Arrived with the package opened and looked as if it had been re taped up during transit.Thankfully everything seemed undamaged and in new condition.Used it twice now and for performance it is ok, i own a Riobi headge cutter but wanted this to stop teetering on platforms and getting arms scratched on hedges. To start with, you will need to buy some chainsaw oil as the saw comes dry, once filled the saw was put to work on some 1 to 3 inch branches which it tackled ok.This is a heavy unit so expect a achey back and arms with prolonhed use.The hedge trimmers again are ok, a little under powered compared with the Riobi ones i have, a little lightweight. For the price paid (£149) this is a cheapish dual purpose tool that performs ok given the price. If it probes reliable ober time it will be a good overall purchasefor this price point.

Safety
Brilliant product to use on small trees and hedges. Not too heavy to hold. Now my garden looks very neat. Value for money. Blades come with their own cover. Long battery life enough for small gardens.

strap drops off so you carry whole weight
These cut well enough and are useful while I can hold them, but holding them up at extension, their weight gets physically tiring quickly, because it's all arm work. The strap doesn't physically attach with a carabina type connector. Instead, it's just a piece of metal that goes through a loop, with a another bit of metal that goes through it, that should hold it on when under pressure, ie working. However, the strap is in the wrong place for when they're extended and moving from reaching the on-switch to holding the shears for cutting, it often simply drops apart. The result is, no help supporting the device. I spoke to the manuf. who gave instructions for how this should go together. In practise, it's a disappointment. I will have to think of a better mounting method for a strap of some type.Other than that, they're useful. Haven't used the chainsaw attachment.

Easy to use
Brilliant product so far. Cuts well and easy to operate. Lighter than the petrol ones. Cable could be longer.

Works well
Can be a little on the heavy side, but I suppose that it to be expected when manoeuvring a heavy wight at the end of a long pole

Only lasted 12 months
Product worked fine first time of use however when used just over 12 months later (days outside warranty) metal cog has worn down so much won’t turn pole saw so if you want something for only 12 months but if you want it to work longer buy another brand
