It works!
I love this product. Great material, stretchy and holds. I’ve never used anything like this before but I’ve noticed great improvement on my glutes. Can’t beat the price. I’ve been using this product for over a month.

Directions are not accurate
The directions are for a totally different buckle that came with the straps. It's not possible to buckle these down because it's missing slots for the slats to go into. Also they do not have numbers on the straps like the image on the box shows.

The directions provided do not match the buckle and the material is cheap, not much restriction at all
